@vagrantblues The guy singing is Jay Henry, who provides original backing vocals for the studio version of this song. It was a clever decision of Neil & Chris leaving him to do so, it gives a Soul & R&b quality hard to achieve by Neil's voice.

For your tranquility, the rest of the songs are sung by Neil and Chris on lead vocals.

Oh yeah, I remember this. I bought the video on VHS when it came out. Sure, the guy is a decent vocalist, but when you buy PSB, you expect to see PSB, not some no-name singer.

I prefer neil singing. His voice is more expressive and evocative.

Neil's voice is a great challenge to the "big hitters" in vocal power. He's really shown how expression and feeling don't need to be shouted about.
