She fought a strong Antwoman who controled ants in episode Formicida, don't recall her in comics though, that and some other episodes are available to watch at hulu.com.
@hydrolito Actually YES, I have, several and they have vacuum locks.... not electric. The reason you can't lock it from the inside was so you wouldn't lock your keys in it. A standard safety feature.....
