I made it to 37 seconds.....this is not a cover.  A cover contains the essential melody and structure of the song with ones own interpretation. Sorry, didn't care for it.

it even captures the spirit of another 60's genre...what am i wanting to say....maybe like flamenco or the stuff Brazil '66 did. Its awesome, in my opinion! Look for a studio and work up some more stuff!
