  • Yeah we'll front-squat and superset it with "jumping pullups". Just ridiculous.

  • "jumping pullups" should be called an "assisted jump." I tried this and had zero impact on my muscles, as compared to a regular, slow, controlled pullup

  • Jumping pullups are those most retarded thing ever. I can't believe those people fall for it.

  • Please research carefully before you doubt anything officially posted by a CrossFit org. I've worke out like crazy for years and almost died during my first crossfit WOD.

  • @CrossFitToronto I haven't tried pulling the trigger of a loaded gun that my lips are around either yet I know it would be a stupid thing to do. Much like crossfit.

  • jumping pullups are a completely different movement from regular pullups. Try it out.
