I think it more likely that Spiderman would make cameo appearances in Shrek or some sort of Toy Story spinoff. I'm not sure modern Disney would change the relationship that much. They might introduce another attractive rival. They might add a lot more slapstick comedy too, to balance the violence. Expect new, CGI, villains & Mary Jane to become Spider Woman. Maybe, you'd also get unexplained musical sequences.

And they're actually getting comics pros to write the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon Including Brian Bendis. Plus, now that Marvel might be getting into live action TV, there's at least half a chance we might see one of their shows on ABC rather than being buried on some cable network that not everyone can watch. I'd say Marvel is doing better than ever.

It isn't that this video is offensive... it's that it is not funny or entertaining or witty or clever or original or poignant.
