I've always had love for the Pipettes. Downloading their demos, to buying their singles and buying their record (both UK and US). When I heard that Gweno was on her own I thought surely this is the end. Thank god for perseverance! The two new singles they've released are ace. Much funkier and ready for the dance floor!

Rose and Becki were part of the group for five years; Rosay was only 16 at the time. I'm not surprised that they left and I'd actually be very surprised if they returned to the group. While I do miss the old 60s girl group thing they had going on, I understand that first and foremost, they're a pop band and I quite like the new tracks they've put out.

What has happened! The song has a certain charm and is catchy, but Riotbecki and Rosay are sadly missed if this is the future of The Pipettes. They seem to have thrown away their old image was a vital component of their identity.
