  • Geez..what a more capable and "intellectual" douchebag to interviewing Ron Paul than Miller.Might as well be Paris Hilton interviewing him...

  • Well done Dr Paul. What happened to Dennis Miller? Remember when he was slightly funny and kind of stood for something? Where did he go? Ron Paul is the only one talking about change on a global scale for the better. I have an 8 year old daughter, I've seen for 2 years of her life. I know what I was signing up for, but to what end? We got everyone on our kill/capture list and we're still losing men, good men, in these God forsaken countries.. -Veterans for Dr Paul 2012!1

  • warmongers just can't understand the concept of being a gentle giant. America was once a gentle giant; we had power but were loathe to wield it; now we attack any and every perceived enemy and threaten everyone else to stay in line, meanwhile eat battle weakens our resolve, our numbers, and our morals. There's nothing wrong with being a gentle giant and using your strength wisely and in defense, Dennis Miller's of the world; there's everything wrong with abusing that power.

  • Dennis, where was this attitude when you were young enough to fight? Why do these 60 year old men suddenly get the prick of militarism up their ass when they are about to hurl loose the mortal coil?

  • I'm surprised Miller can speak without Oreillys hand up his butt.

  • you got WTF pwned Denny boy

  • President Paul 2012

  • LOL HE CALLS HIM RONNY

    WHAT A FAG

JESUS CHRIST WHAT AN INSECURE POMPOUS PIECE OF SHIT LOLS

    SAD AS FUCK LOLS ;.

  • R. Paul is so naive. Imagine him trying to negotiate with Stalin, Putin, Hitler, Khomeini, Kadafi. They would bluff him and walk all over him. Even pirates at sea would call his bluff. His followers must be a bunch of idiots. Fortunately they do not count for anything. Sorry , truth hurts. Any comments????

  • @Richbacon

  • @MrBirdforthree LOL internet tough guy who can't communicate without cursing... yea your words hold weight, ignorance obviously is your cup of tea.

  • @MrBirdforthree You spelled "FAGGOT" wrong

  • @Richbacon even Nixon went to China asshole. if a liar like Nixon could do it, then this good man could certainly stare down Mao

  • Wish I knew the whole truth....

  • his interviews are as bad as his stand up. im gonna go back to forgetting about him now.

  • Dennis Miller sold long ago. one of those people who smoke weed and knows cause he's rich & white he doesn't have to worry that much about cops.

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • I don't care for Dennis Miller, but I'm glad he let Ron Paul speak, was respectful, and didn't try to talk over him like that idiot scumbag Bill O' Reilly

  • miller is your classic chickenhawk. ready for other people to go to war but we he was of age ,he DIDN"T step up to the plate himself.

  • Much respect to Dennis for listening to Ron's opinions and not interjecting until appropriate. I agree with Ron's assertion that Peace is the answer. All war does is breed hate, poverty, and death. I disagree that preemptive attacks SOLVE PROBLEMS; they simply ASSURE PROBLEMS. If another nation landed on our shores tomorrow, every man, woman, and child would go to war to free ourselves from an occupying force. WE ARE THE PROBLEM.

  • @IncredibleHulkey

"All war does is breed hate, poverty, and death."

No, that's the waste-products. In reality , war serves one purpose: to concentrate power into fewer hands; that's why tyrants make so much of it; if they had s choice, however, they'd rather enslave people through less-messy means, by tricking people into surrendering their freedom voluntarily.

Whenever someone claims to go to war "for the greater good," they really just want POWER.

  • Dennis Miller is a typical Jew.

  • @hoppercap I'm guessing you're more typically anti-semitic than you'd like to admit. Is there a "typical" anything?

  • @budrickalso The term anti-semitic is meaningless. Most semites aren't Jewish, and many Jews aren't semitic. The term you're looking for is anti-Jewish.

  • The idea of private property law suits taking care of pollution is ridiculous. The effect is diffuse, who do I sue for dirtying my shirt?

  • Dennis Miller used to be my hero, Now Ron Paul is. Miller needs to get his head out of the Dick Cheney defence plan for America b.s. Ron Paul is a man of peace, Miller is now a man of war..

  • @Drumvain

No. Miller was ALWAYS a statist, he just changed his means-- never his ends.

  • i'd like to know what qualifies a comedian from snl in the 80's to have an opinion on what we should belive ???

  • @ilikeknives1000

Nothing, but he creates the illusion of it by being a smartass about every differing opinion to bully the opposition, regardless of how absurd they are. Look at Jon Stewart, Bill Maher, Steve Colbert etc. who have no logic other than to mock their targets.

"Oh, (insert name here) is SO STUPID...."

  • Paul is saying that we fuel the flames against America by intervening..but, Miller is saying that regardless of that, the middle east is in a mess, and leaving will cause it to fall into further chaos..Miller wants to keep trying. Paul wants to give up and focus on US..our economy is suffering..we need to do home renovation and maybe then we can work with the UN and find some way to clean up the middle east and make civil societies out of that area. but as of now, the timing isn't right.

  • @itzahazylife

Oh bullshit, the Far east is a bigger mess and we don't mess with them... NO OIL!

Get a clue out of petty cash.

  • I can't remember the last video i saw where all the uploader comments were downvoted into being hidden XD

  • Great interview!

  • @DanielLionheart1 This GUY should have been Dennis' vote!! Moron that Dennis is!!!

  • The dow head media says, he cant win, I say bs, RP 2012 .Spread the word !! no status quo

  • • t's not enough to say "Vote Ron Paul"

PEOPLE NEED TO SWITCH PARTIES **12 WEEKS** IN ADVANCE OF THE PRIMARIES IN MOST STATES.

IF YOU DO NOT SWITCH IN TIME YOU CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARY.

IF RON PAUL DOES NOT WIN PRIMARY, NO GENERAL ELECTION !

** Copy and paste this everywhere, and vote up when u see!!

  • Ron Paul is wrong about their motives. You are unbeliever no matter what you do or don't do and therefore an enemy. And they see you as obstacle because you are competition on political field, representing separation of state and church. Stop being 1st superpower and they will move you down on the list of targets. But they will target you eventually and with greater force since there was no one to weaken them.

  • Sit and wait for next Pearl Harbor? Or punish a dictator who challenges you, insert your forces right between two main threats of peace Syria and Iran and fight the extremists there instead of our streets?

Only argument against the latter I buy is that it is too expensive. But I also think, it is too expensive, because we try to renovate and secure their country with our taxpayer's money and our lives. Hearts and Minds are too expensive.

  • Nothings wrong with Dennis that a good dose of Alex Jones won't cure

  • Miller's deifinately a bright guy and a funny comedian. In principle they agree, I just think Ron knows more about the foreign situation and is therefore more skeptical about the whole thing.

  • @guyjohn59

Miller has NO credibility, he's a gullible dork who simply insults his opponents.

Ron Paul makes sense no matter what, but I'd rather have a better host than Miller for him to talk with.

  • is that Xander from Joe Dirt?

  • get the US out of the mid east and islam out of the US problem solved.

  • there's a great clip of him and Bill hicks on youtube, wonder what Hicks makes of Miller the shill

  • Dennis Miller is a washed up comedian, nothing more.

  • Dennis Miller is schiest NEO-CON co-conspirer. We will not be fooled.

  • I disagree with Miller. I think our presence there makes things worse. Imagine if you are an Iraqi man who's whole family was killed by an American bomb. Also, Miller is a zionist and supports Israel no matter what they do.

  • Dennis miller is such a douchebag I can't stand him. I'd like to smack him around

  • Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 "smacking" another nation around that didn't attack us is immoral.

  • Ron Paul 2012!!!

  • "What about bad intentions?"

What are you, fucking 5, Dennis?

  • Comment removed

  • Great comment about one second before the delivery, it's ok, one second after, it's murder. It's a matter of location, then? No, it isn't. I applaud Paul for this take. What if the baby was born two months earlier and could live quite well and the baby in the next room is aborted at 8 and three quarters months?

  • Dennis Miller is an arrogant misinformed asshole.

"Let's use big words to disguise my general misunderstanding of everything."

  • Comment removed

  • @Sabiancym

No shit-- "big words hide small brain."

  • @Sabiancym When smart people use "big words", it's not because they are talking down to you, it's because they are making the assumption you are smart enough to understand them.

  • Sending in troops to a nation for the purpose of sending a message to the rest of the world is one of the stupidest ideas I've ever heard.

I hope this whole thing was for oil. It's the best reason. It makes the most sense.

  • DM is a POS.

  • sending the army to another cuntry becasue the have bad intention? who said that? if this is correct than by the same logic you should arrest people with the bad intention. can you do that? and how many cuntry have bad intention?

if usa leave it will turn into killing field? kill field is a term use in vietnam and usa created it when they are there, look waht happen when usa left!!!

  • Whilst I agree with Dennis Miller on most things, anyone that supports pre-emptive war isn't worth my time.

  • @vidmanx0 don't you mean preventative?

  • @Wally773MTG Yeah, although I think preventative is too sugar-coated. Killing people for what they 'might' do is one of the most immoral and unethical things that a human being can do - particularly when so many innocent people are slaughtered in the process. No wonder the US is now looked upon as a rogue, criminal empire by the rest of the world.

  • 2 libertarians of different coins: abortion, environment, war - disagreement. i think libertarians need to know what they stand for because so many believe in so many different things it might just as well be called independent. i don't agree with RP on everything, but i like ron paul better than obama on foreign policy issues. realistically, even if we want a war we cannot afford it. if he wasn't so old he could run in 2012 but oh well peter schiff is closer to Rp views than any1

  • so DM is basically calling for genocide against Muslims. He won't be happy until they're all dead. Much like Hitler and the Jews.

  • We achieved nothing with these wars and never will. We are in a far worse position today because of the war policies from the 80s to today.

  • @theMediaFork How is DM not calling for genocide? Or do you just think genocide against brown people isn't worth criticizing?

Also, I have no loyalty to RP or any politician; you pulled that out of your ass, but at least we can see pretty clearly how much credibility you have.

  • @Mousse420 your exactly right and Ron Paul seems to be the only one who can make this hard headed nazis listen but not for long just watch foxnews they always forget he is even in the race or start saying straw poles are un scientific when he is leading the dems and the republicans are so set in there ways and they just want to be in the lead no matter what the cost like its the nfl playoffs they will die before they let ron paul win.

  • @Mousse420 sending the army to another cuntry becasue the have bad intention? who said that? if this is correct than by the same logic you should arrest people with the bad intention. can you do that? and how many cuntry have bad intention?

if usa leave it will turn into killing field? kill field is a term use in vietnam and usa created it when they are there, look waht happen when usa left!!!

  • @Mousse420 fuck muslims

  • @Mousse420 or how they feel about us?

  • Comment removed

  • @Mousse420

No one wants to admit that it's about Zionism and Big OIl. The US spends tens of billions every year just to keep the Gulf safe for shipments, when normally that should simply allow the price of gasoline to go up as necessary, or let the UN handle it.

The US government has NO right, power or authority to provide security for corporations; that's an UNAUTHORIZED SUBSIDY, as well as a provocation and act of aggression which hurts US national security.

  • dennis miller is a hawkish libertarian. not an extreme right-wing moron.

  • @theMediaFork He's free to comment, deal with it. What exactly do you think telling him to "get out of here" is going to do? In reality, he has every right to be here, and if you're suggesting he doesn't, I think you're the one who actually doesn't belong. Free discourse is what this is all about.

  • @TheBlueDuckMOE

There is no such thing as a Hawkish Libertarian...you are either a Libertarian or not. Dennis clearly isn't close to one...

  • Dennis Miller = imperialist neo-con scum.

  • @theMediaFork explain to us why that is irrational and ignorant, instead of just making baseless claims. I can support BO's statement - in this very video up here ^ miller calls for the kiling of all the world's brown people. He openly admits to being a genocidal bigot; he just doesn't think there's anything wrong with it.

  • @theMediaFork you don't sound very tolerant yourself.

  • @BurningOrchids

Miller had no cards in his deck but the jokers, and he lost one on 9/11.

  • as long as i get mine mentality births traitors

  • Dennis Miller is so smart, educated, witty, and STUPID.

  • We are fighting for our freedom from within... we are wanting freedom, but those in control our taking it away... so our we really free, Rock on Ron You have America on your side. only if the majority counted. Don't give up. Thanks

  • Pittsburgh - great city...

Home of the Super Bowl Champion

    Pittsburgh "Six-burgh" Steelers!

  • So what if bush knew iraq had nothing to do with 911?? Does playing that audio of Bush somehow prove it was right to attack? fucking idiotic by Miller

  • So Dennis is saying - let's spend thousands of American lives to 'remind the world not to trifle with us" ?

  • People like Dennis Miller represent the height of hypocrisy. To take a stance of being "pro-life" and "pro-war" offensively is ridiculous and being a willing "doublethink"er

  • Fucking ridiculous you attempt to use that as a comparison for offensive war. No one has pulled a gun on us, no one is firing at us, we have not been attacked. To attack first is MURDER. I see youre another hypocritical douchebag

  • Comment removed

  • If you're not even willing to raise your hand to defend your own life, you're by no means qualified to comment on foreign policy. Foreign policy is a legitimate function of government -- namely to use force to protect the life, liberty and property of its own citizens. Ignoring the many foreign threats to the nation doesn't make them go away.

  • "If you're not even willing to raise your hand to defend your own life, you're by no means qualified to comment on foreign policy"

And once we are attacked by Iran, you can claim a defense, otherwise, you're by no means qualified to understand simple concepts.

  • I'm sure in Germany you would have been praising Hitler for attacking Poland. He also believed in attacking first, after all, they claimed Poland was a huge threat to them. The ends always justify the means to you right? Your insane philosophy contradicts what this country and our forefathers stood for. Turning into the British is not what they envisioned. And trying to justify murder while taking a pro life stance is disgusting and hypocritical to the extreme

  • bullshit. You're agreeing that attacking Iran is somehow in defense. You really dont realize how insane you sound do you. Youre actually in support of ATTACK for purposes of DEFENSE. You cannot use one in support of the other when they are direct opposites. Look up in the dictionary what defense means, learn that it means it entails an attack from another power, then maybe, just maybe, you will understand that concept.

  • yaaaaawn. Get back to me when you understand simple concepts. If you'd like for me to respond to your post, may I remind you we've had "nuclear threats" for half a century that have all been thwarted without a shot fired. take your own advice "Study foreign policy from objective sources" PNAC is hardly an objective source, and thats where your BS stems from

  • I'm a student at the Objectivist Academic Center -- epistemology and concept formation are topics of great interest to me. I should know better than to engage in discussions on YouTube though, and won't spend more time defending my views to you. As I said though, I advise you to challenge yourself by following non-pacifist foreign policy sites -- your position is very naive to say the least.

  • Yaaawn, get back to me when you gain a foothold on logic and stop regurgitating an obvious neoconservative talking point. I've just dismantled your argument which I probably know better than you do as I've studied the PNAC. I actually feel sorry for you because its pretty obvious to me you are engrained in doublethink as well.

  • " If a known murderer says that he's going to kill you, he has in effect initiated force against you "

LMFAO....Well of course, by that logic of yours you can have him thrown in jail for a threat and you dont need self defense right?. After all, "he's initiated force against you" by that definition you can have the cops arrest hiim. wow, you have severly poor logic.

  • Someone needs to be attacking you before you can claim defense. Otherwise, YOU are the attacker. Its very sad I have to explain this to you. And Thomas Jefferson? he believed in no foreign entanglements to begin with, he wasnt a pacifist but he was not for aggresive wars and conquest which was England's specialty at the time.

  • You can talk 'no foreign entanglements' till youre blue in the face. The fact is that the Founding Fathers sought assistance overseas to fund the Revolutionary war.

So Ron Paulsy is far beyond merely a googly eyed optimist. He is out of touch and self-centered.

  • We were forced to do so for our very existence and to defend this country from attack. We are not fighting now for our existence nor are we being attacked. What part of this do you NOT understand?

  • I'm going to take a guess and say that you think 9/11 was an inside job.

  • I'm going to take a guess and say that you have no argument or response to what I said. Oh wait, thats no guess, thats just a fact.

  • Thank you for proving my point. The end.

  • Which is you are a braindead dipshit

  • "Which is you are a braindead dipshit"

More proof of ignorance and a lack of any argument whatsoever. Is this how you debate an issue? calling them names and not responding to an argument? pathetic

  • Youre a sniveling dipshit too.

  • You really are proving my point over and over. This is too easy. Get back to me when you have an actual argument.

  • Address my earlier question, do you believe 9/11 was an inside job? If you have the guts, you sniveling whiny dipshit.

  • Why do you keep dodging my question to you and why are you asking a question that has NOTHING to do with what we're talking about? Oh yeah, thats right. Because this is a pathetic little attempt at a strawman argument to weasel out of your ignorant comments. If YOU "have the guts" answer MY question to you. I know you have no answer because as I said before, you have no argument. Why? Because I've already destroyed it. have a nice day :)

  • Some 9/11 truthers were in the WTC.

  • I think he's saying we shouldn't let someone else destroy thousands of American lives before we decide to pay attention to the violent people that hate us.

  • Saddam hated muslim extremist, they threatend his rule. anyone who knows anything knows that.

  • LOL Sadaam wasn't a radical Muslim ruler.

    He was a secular dictator...

Dennis Miller is such a buffoon xD

  • Well, Saddam did change the Iraqi flag so that the words Allaahu Akbar (God is Great) were plcaed between the stars.

Doesn't sound particularly secular to me.

  • By that logic, "in god we trust" being on our money means that we are a theocratic Christian state.

  • Thats a terrible failure of logic and a complete distortion of what I said.

What you should have said is 'by that logic, "in god we trust" being on our money means that we are a NON-SECULAR state.'

    Which is correct.

  • And the difference between a "non-secular state" and a "theocracy" is?

Answer: False Distinction. Theocracy is a nation guided by an alleged deity (or its clergy). Secular is defined as concerning those NOT of the clergy. The two are thus shown to be mutually exclusive because "non-secular" IS BY DEFINITION the clergy.

Thus, a state is either a theocracy or it is secular... the distinction you seek to draw does not exist.

  • but yeah supporting a war that isn't logical is a little tapped.

  • miller is not like o reilly . he is the most open minded conservative out there.

  • no, Ron Paul is the most open minded conservative.

  • ron paul is right he should be the prez

  • damn ron paul whooped that idiot's ass.

  • Ron Paul just proved how stupid Dennis Miller is...

  • Dennis Miller regurgitates all the typical right-wing talking points. His run-of-the-mill political insights make me fall asleep behind the wheel. *yawn*

  • Agreed. At least Hannity O'Reilly and company are entertaining.

  • Miller is an awful debater. He has become so strident that he itches when someone else gives a different opinion, like it is white noise to him or something. He really makes dumb excuses more than actual ideas. Just blowing up a country just to look tough is not intelligent reasoning, beyond it being againt international law and basic morality, which Miller lacks.

  • yeah he is just like o reilly...they are both evil and have never served our counry but both want war

  • Wow Dennis Miller is a retard.

  • pretty much once Dennis starts talking about historical figures in the past that aren't really relevant. he does it here a few times especially towards the middle and end. you know the references I mean.. He's not too bad in this particular video, I'll give you that. Rn Paul just doesn't go to war with every nonsense that leaves Millers' mouth.

  • Humor, of course, is relative. I have always found Miller to be unfunny to the point of being unpleasant, and now that he is a wannabe Rush he is also a political tool AND unfunny. The war in Iraq was (and is) so obviously a business venture from the start that lackeys like Dennis only serve to implicate themselves as part of that corporate machination. 140 acre Iraq embassy built by slave labor? Can you say colony? He is nothing more than a propagandist along with the other "pundits."

  • I never did get why Dennis Miller ever got air time anywhere.

  • because he's funny, entertaining and insightful.

  • Now he's just somewhat funny and entertaining,.. insightful went out the window.

  • Dennis, Dennis, Dennis... Ron Paul needs to forward you his Recommended Reading List which he offered Rudy 9/11 Guiliani, then perhaps you can have an intellectual discussion with the good Dr.

  • Dennis Miller is liar and is for the War in Iraq! Stop the War in Iraq!

  • actions (like a war) can't be liars. what lies has the war told? are you high?

  • Don't act stupid, all he is saying is that the War in Iraq is based on a lie, something every American by now knows very well. Anyone supporting this war supports the lie behind it and in a way becomes a liar for the War.

People without a counter-argument usually act dumb, but were you really acting? lol

  • It is this kind of mentality that Miller tries to spread that is creating problems in the world... when you start saying hey I want to go smack people around even if they did nothing to me just to establish authority and affirm my power to the world,,, that is gangster thinking, and while in the street it results in a guy shot, on countries level it results into the davastation of millions to satisfy this arrogance, and ultimately a lot of anger and despair and revenge

  • Miller is douche

  • Wow. Ron really owned Dennis. Dennis took it well though.

  • Ron has lived a good life and lived by what he believes. That's why he owns everyone. Can't find people with more character than him.

  • dennis miller has been neo-conned and he can't argue with ron paul

  • Ron Paul owns everyone on foreign policy. This man should be president of the whole fkin universe.

  • @arentanynamesleft Agreed!

  • bad intentions?! preventive war! this miller guy is an ass!

  • how can anybody have mr millers stance on war. If you know the facts the fact is that we occupy territory that is not ours. We kills people that are not our own. How much more that is not part of the american way of life do we need to kill and destroy in order for people to understand that the foreign policy is currently FUCKED.

But its not the president. its not congres.. these arent the people pushing decisions.

    Guess who.

    you know who.

  • so we should only be killing people that are "our own"? in other words, you have to be a registered citizen and become a threat to the government before any retaliation? no government has any right to defend itself from foreign aggressors? sucks that the constitution disagrees with you. bummer.

  • the comments for this vid are funny. like a verbal battleground.

  • Well, I have to say that even though Dennis Miller may disagree with Ron Paul on the war, at least he conducts a professional and respectful interview, unlike Bill O'Reilly.

Watch the O'Reilly 'interview' and you'll immediately see what I mean. The contrast is Dennis Miller is smooth and cool, and O'Reilly is a loud-mouthed jerk that interupts his guests while they are trying to answer his own questions.

That says a lot about character, O'Reilly seems to have none.

  • The one with O'Reilly was of a different nature, so the analogy doesn't stand. But I get your drift in general.

  • Jedi master Ron does it again!!

  • Kicked your ass Miller!
