Watch the video again, after he was tazered and fell to the ground the copper sitting on his back legs gets up (Video time 07:59) walks around to the right picks something up, stands and watches, then (Video time 08:26) bends down and starts stabbing him! Our HEROS at work - in matters like this as the victim is clearly a threat to the FOUR HEROS, I for one am however impressed that our HEROS did not pull their side arms and all shoot him. everyone is screaming about the brutality of tasers, but i have noticed a surprising occurance watching this videos, everyone that is getting tased are committing criminal acts and not complying with the police officers, this isn't a third world country were you don't have your day in court. if i was ever falsely accused of something i would be pissed but guess what that's why we have impartial courts....stupid people amaze me

Try checking the end of this video again...this man was NOT killed by the taser, he was murdered by the officer (and I use the term loosely) bashing his head in with a baton!!! The fact that the media seized on the tasering as the cause of death is a red herring. I bet if anyone really investigated (ha ha, like that's ever going to happen) they would find out that it was the baton that was the murder weapon in this and the Chilliwack case!

Try checking out the video again...it is clearly NOT THE FLOOR the cop is hitting. After Mr. Dziekanski is beaten with the baton several times he stops moving. He was murdered and it was NOT with a taser, it was with a baton!!!

the cops obviously overeacted but no one thought the man was going to die and it was quite clear that the action taken was not done in malice
