This is not the birth of a spider, it is just a jumping spider coming out of it's web sac which looks to be a wintering type sac. The spider had sealed it up to protect itself from the cold. I have jumping spiders and I have released over 200 baby spiders back into the wild. I have a couple of videos that show one of my spiders webbing up an eggsac. It looks a lot like a sunny side-up egg when they first lay all the eggs together.
