while they roll have to watch your weapon because if it gets sand in the weapon and it wont fire then you are disqualified 4:20 lucky

last one you have to take beating and they can kick you in the face with the knee and basically beat you up, and if judges dint see that you hit instructor then you get disqualified

The first part of the training you saw was the spetsnaz final level of training. The trained spetsnaz fight his mentor. The mentor has a helmet body suit and all protective gear. The spetsnaz in training has nothing but gloves and the spetsnaz must fight his mentor. If the mentor likes the way he hits and all that, then the spetsnaz trainee becomes a spetsnaz. I should know because my father was a spetsnaz butcher. Goes in and blows everything up, and comes out like a badass.

I see a lot of physical discomfort, but not a lot of useful training. Reminds me of BUD/S. the repelling while shooting trick looked interesting, but a bit fanciful. Might work, might not. Seems like a better idea to punch AT through the windows. This seems like what I've heard about SPETSNAZ from SO guys I've worked with - fearsomely tough but stupidly trained. Too much flash, not enough sense - they jump around and roll along the ground while shooting instead of maintaining weapon control.
In the above video they are not ment to receive useful traning nor maintain weapon control.The video shows parts of Difficult selection process for "krapoviy" beret. You see the man who are wearing the red berets, well, in order to have one you had to complete the above selection process.
The selection process is not an exercise and it is not used to develop any particular skills. The actual training exercises vary from unit to unit. For example, Spetsnaz GRU Brigades will have a completely different set of training routines in comparison to units in the 604th Red Banner Center of Special Purpose. Russian Army has been under heavy reforms since 2005, alot of stupid things are happening. For Example, Ministry of Defence disbanded on of the best GRU Brigades - "Бердская Бригада".

The first part of the training you saw was the spetsnaz final level of training. The trained spetsnaz fight his mentor. The mentor has a helmet body suit and all protective gear. The spetsnaz in training has nothing but gloves and the spetsnaz must fight his mentor. If the mentor likes the way he hits and all that, then the spetsnaz trainee becomes a spetsnaz. I should know because my father was a spetsnaz butcher. Goes in and blows everything up, and comes out like a badass.

And There airforce is dispicible... So much outdated technology. Ill say you want to see A good airforce? I see a lot of physical discomfort, but not a lot of useful training. Reminds me of BUD/S. the repelling while shooting trick looked interesting, but a bit fanciful. Might work, might not. Seems like a better idea to punch AT through the windows. This seems like what I've heard about SPETSNAZ from SO guys I've worked with - fearsomely tough but stupidly trained. Too much flash, not enough sense - they jump around and roll along the ground while shooting instead of maintaining weapon control.

The selection process is not an exercise and it is not used to develop any particular skills. The actual training exercises vary from unit to unit. For example, Spetsnaz GRU Brigades will have a completely different set of training routines in comparison to units in the 604th Red Banner Center of Special Purpose. Russian Army has been under heavy reforms since 2005, alot of stupid things are happening. For Example, Ministry of Defence disbanded on of the best GRU Brigades - "Бердская Бригада".

This was about the US government making it look like they are the only constant victims of terrorism, when they are not and that is why Russia develops weapons, not to attack the US but for defense against terrorists. You show me a unit of fat guys humping 55 lbs of gear 12 miles to a firefight versus a spetsnaz or green beret unit who have trained hard specifically so they can accomplish such a march and fight effectively at the other end and I'll show you who is going to win.
