  • I saw an orange orb last night, July 1, 2011. This happened in Aylmer, Quebec, Canada at aproximately 10:25pm. It was moving across the sky then stoped and didn't move for about 1-2min then shot straight up into the sky and disapeared past the stars which only took about 1 min to do. Weirdest thing I ever saw. This was not a chinese lantern and I don't believe it was a hologram. This was very close and I got a good look.

  • caulisse u shake too much send teh video to be analysed

  • china fire ballooon. ftw.

  • I saw them on Patrimoine street, the Aydelu Arena street near Jubilee, i back the maker of this video , they seem like chineese lantern and on fire!!! Others burn quickly some don't but i agree it was spooky at first! I do beleive that we are not alone in this vast universe...only on the Drake equation we have 10,000 civilasation in this Milky way galaxy ,imagine, there some 100,billions of galaxys out there! wed be stubborn thinking that we might be the only ones!!!

    I WANT TO BELIEVE!!!

  • @MrWildECoyote

Dude zoomed-in as much as possible. Probably 60-80X. Hard without tripod.

  • @MrWildECoyote lmao

  • for the past 2 weeks from 845 to 930 there is something over the city,a bright white light that hovers and then just leaves, last night was different it seemed a jet was chasing as it left if you dont believe in ufo then you havent taken 30 mins of of your life to actually look

  • I saw something like that this week.. But it lasted only 2seconds.. Then dissapeared.. It wasn't fire works .. I don't know what it is.

  • can he stop shaking my grandmother is more steady then that and hes 104

  • @Interceptor38

Find one and film it your damn self.

  • bienvenu dans le club, son encore la :P

  • dude ive seen the same type of light on McConnell drive in Aylmer on the 1st of january 2008 around 1 am.

three orange dots formed a triangle and one by one faded away exactly the same way in this video.

  • No, it does not qualify. When the light is that distant and that small if could be anything.

  • FIRE LANTERN!!! I had even read in the Citizen that alot of Ottawa residents sighted this "U.F.O." and it was found to be nothing more than fire lanterns. The weird images some see is simply the blurring through the lens and the movement of the person filming. Change the title to FIRE LANTERN!!! FIRE LANTERN!!!

  • it's planet mars

  • Trust me that is not a fire lantern, look at some videos of fire lanterns on youtube, they dont behave like that, the light in my video, when u zoom in, has 5 lights shaped like a W

  • Sorry to spoil your fun. BUT the things in the sky are fire lanterns. They are about the size of a rubbish bin with a metal frame work to the bottom, which holds a fire-starter.The outer case is made of orange tissue paper. You just light the starter and watch it fly with the wind. How do I know this, One came down out of the night sky just DECEMBER/14/2008. ****THIS IS NOT A****U.F.O

  • dude! its like they come every yr at the same time, they have been spotted all over the world. I see one just after midnight on new years eve this yr

  • I figure people send off these lights during times of festivities. I was thinking of launching some chinese lanterns as well after returning from a NYE party but my wife was too tired and wanted to go home. They do look spooky.

  • ufo? no its a moth sober up ffs

  • I saw some of those this summer.

    they creep me out.

east to west. then they'd fade away then ten minutes after. they'd come back but with one more light thingy.

    Creepy. Summer 08 eh.

  • its either some guy with a light or fireflys

  • tht like what i sin the other month 5 orange lights then just fade away was cool i love c in shit like tht lol freaky tho

  • This is just a flare light, isn't it? I remember seeing this, and it's identical to a flare. They stay in one spot, are usually orange, and last for a few minutes, I think. St00n3d, you sound really uneducated.

    :)

  • Lol you guys are retards xD if u look very closly u see that its a guy holding some kind of light in the darkness. i like ufos and have seen very strange things though but this is just pafetic..

  • I saw the very same thing in July or August of 2006. There were 3 lights which all lined up in a perfectly straight line and took off. I read, later, that fire lanterns were launched on the beach that night (I lived near the Marina) but these lights were not behaving like lanterns blowing in the wind, they seemed driven.

  • it was Santa and his reindeer he was too far away for it to be on camera jesus quit bloddy shakin like an old bag when you film

  • wow that's really cool,

no idea what it is though.

  • Holy shit!!! i just saw one ; february 21 2008, 7:36 PM, city = gatineau same as this

  • this dose have me lookin the the skys more now lol

  • you do realize there were fire works that night in ottawa witch would be east of aylmer... i donno how long they lasted but if you seen this after midnight then it defenitly wasnt the fire works defenitly cool and if it was military it would of been morning stars @ Cannock shooting range but there easy to identify and dont think they would use them on new years eve plus they wouldent be east in the sky they would be rate across the river near sherlys bay

  • ya, probably fire balloons

  • I live in aylmer and I saw the exact same thing there were 6 bright orange lights then about 10 minutes later 3 more approx 100 km across the sky. I don't think they were military flares because of the way they were behaving. It appeared as though they were moving across the sky then they slowly left the atmosphere. I tell you one thing it was not an aircraft known to this planet and they were easily distinguished from the stars because you can see the stars on a clear not quite well in aylmer.

  • Wow! A group of us saw the same thing on new years eve (hours before but local NZ time). Several times just one (that we could see) would appear. They'd just fade out or move behind trees. At one point three of them were just hanging in the sky. They would fade out only to brighten again. Far brighter than a flame in a plastic bag. This was looking S-E from lower hutt wellington. 2200hrs onward. (last thing seen about 2330).

  • I saw the same thing except at 12:45am. 5 or 6 Bright red lights blinking in and out of sight, then one by one they moved up and disappeared. Then a few minutes later 3 more appeared and did the same thing. Really strange.

  • Interesting. Where did you see them?

  • Same place as you, Aylmer Gatineau, been looking for others who saw it, and noticed you caught it on video which is great. Now people wont think im crazy haha.

  • Hey i saw them to, i was going up the little hill on wilfrid lavigne at the corner of North streets, 6 lights, they were doing shapes and sutff, all 6 at one point met up and made a vertical line while flying, then a kite shape. 10 minutes later as the other said, a set of 3 reapeared

  • BTW I saw these in Aylmer between 12:30am and 12:45am Seriously i know what i saw and that shit aint nothing human made. Crazy stuff.

  • To me they were from this earth. They were not moving that fast (like typical UFOs - if there is such a thing). Since it was new year's day, I'm pretty sure they were sky lanterns (or UFO balloons) someone launched. The coincidence is too big. Anyways, keep looking up in the sky and keep a camera handy and expect some more during the Chinese new year.

  • We saw the same thing here in La Jolla, California! I took a picture. We saw seven orange specks like the one in the video around the same time!! Very wierd.
