I am Thai. Chris delivery is one of the good example of speaking neutral and understandable accent. He is half British-Thai, but he doesn't speak heavy british accent. sounds very clear.

My understanding is that being British is about nationality (not ethnicity) therefore has nothing to do with skin colour. So he could label himself thai british, even if both parents were from thailand, because he is saying he belongs to two different cultures.
