Depending on the type of telescope that you are using, your images may appear to be upside down. If you are using a refracting telescope, objects will appear mirrored about the vertical axis.
But, if you look at the area that looks like a window or that area you can see through, it's on top now but if you flip the image so the tail is upwards then the clear area would be at the bottom.
If you can see a window in that video, I commend you for your vision. Those are probably the wings or the engines of an aircraft such as a 737, which has the wings and the engines all the way below the fuselage. This really isn't a strange sighting.
