2D has always been cute and attractive but he was even more attractive before he got all his eyes knocked out and everything as well.

Since people are asking what 2D looked like before he was in a coma and had that accident with his eyes, his first acident was when Murdoc drove his car into his shop which fractured his eyeballs and the second accident he was run over again although I can't remember what caused it and he lost his other eye and got all his teeth knocked out which explains why some of them are a bit crooked. Also did you know 2D's hair was black beforehand? xD And I think his eye colour was blue. ^^
