Poor Misha - I'm sorry but these ridiculous requests from fans asking him to 'do' Castiel lines for them. I can see why he was growing uncomfortable, embarrased and weary of what people were going to say next. I hope he's not put off from committing to other conventions (I missed the NJ one b/c I was sick). But if I heard that one girl asking him to do Castiel I would have been as embarrassed as him. She really put him on the spot.
