A regular dutch joint has 1/4 or 1/3 tabacco in it. Dutch weed is considered too heavy to smoke pure, thrust me.

i use tobacco in my joints because if you use regular rizla and just weed the rizla burns down faster than the weed meaning your missing out on the THC's but with a but of tobacco in there it burns better and it makes the taste pretty dam good!! hope this helps you out
