  • Every thing that has come out of this fools mouth made no sense!!!! I guess in order to under stand stupid you have to be stupid and that's not me.

  • That would be simplistic though... if all the people that depend on the financial system lose their jobs, who cares about tax cuts?

  • You think you sail through as the nut on Beck?! Hoo.

  • hey Pen can you please disprove the existence of this whole Bohemian Grove and Bilderberg group so the conspiracy theorists can shut up.

i loved your "bullshit" video on vaccines by the way. good stuff.

my daughter got all of her shots. and well.. she IS autistic BUT that's just a coincidence that she is. so like i said, if i cant prove it, it simply isn't real. :)

  • 4:06 creepy

  • Fuck Shamwows! They don't work at all!

  • Stimulus plan: Taking peoples money, and then giving it back to them.

  • Hi Penn fans. Penn Says videos have been discontinued, so you won't be seeing any new content on here. You can check out our Profile on our Channel Page for more info. We'll still be checking in, so hope to keep chatting with you all! Thanks!

  • just like the govenrment, to throw out rediculous #'s. let's look at this in the concept of time...

    1,000 seconds = (roughly) 16 & a half hours

    1,000,000 seconds = (roughly) 1.9 years

    1,000,000,000 seconds = (roughly) 1,902 years

1,000,000,000,000 seconds = (rougly) 1,902,580 years (almost 2 million years)... incredible aye?

  • Penn IS a nut. We'd be borrowing the same money by not collecting taxes as we'd be borrowing by doing the stimulus package. So we're going to have to pay it back twofold no matter what we do.

The stimulus package directly saved 6 million jobs.

A no taxes plan may or may not have stimulated anything depending on weather people decided to stuff that extra money under their pillows and pay off their credit cards instead of buying new stuff (which they have been doing) So no, that's not as good.

  • You ignored the private sector part and the stimulus had a net destruction of jobs last I heard.

  • @zorq2 Not to mention the 'bailout' portion, which is most of the stimulus, was in the form of low interest LOANS, which are being payed back. Most people ignore this fact for some reason.

I do generally enjoy Penn, but don't always agree with him. He's at least thoughtful, even if he does have that fake little laught...

  • A mathematician adds two and two and gets four. An economist adds two and two and gets five. A stock broker adds two and two, gets six, keeps one and gives you five.

  • @rlrsk8r1 Nice one.

  • 2 + 2 = 5 for large values of 2. Any mathematician will get it.

  • @rlrsk8r1

Unless the stock broker is betting against your company. Then he adds two and two, gets eight and gives you none back.

  • dinamicks realling its aful knowing magik its a succseful act of cause

  • how about putting the tax rate for the upper bracket back to 70% where it was during reagan or 90% during the 50s when our economy was booming and the middle class was booming

  • People people people! Republicans are fucking idiots, and Democrats are fucking idiots, and Conservatives are idiots, and liberals as well. Anyone who makes up their mind, BEFORE hearing the issue, is a fool. Quit blaming these people or those people, and see the larger picture. Government as a whole, is the problem.

  • the cons lower social freedom, and promise to expand economic freedom.

the libs lower economic freedom, and promise to expand social freedom.

    Promises, promises, promises.

The libertarians increase economic freedom, and increase social freedom. That's why im voting for them this year.

  • I agree wholeheartedly.

  • So you propose to have a completely free-governed America? Reallly? REALLY!? How would that work out?

  • @vonfeldt7

That was almost word by word taken from Chris Rock.

Go elsewhere for your political views.

  • @Ipetratz: That is was.

  • @vonfeldt7 Hey Chris Rock, didn't know you had a YouTube channel.

  • In fact, last time the budget got balanced was by a Democrat named Bill Clinton.

Did I just blow your ****** minds?! If you use whiny partisan labels like "the liberals this and the liberals that", then I know you're clueless or a moron or a jerk, because the GOP has done NOTHING to balance our budget. George W. Bush was the worst thing to happen to this country's Nat'l Debt, EVER.

And yet, did he get any of these tea parties? Did Glenn Beck compare him to various fascists on a daily basis? No

  • clinton 94-00 had a republican majority in the house. which you'll remember from civics class is the part of legislative branch that is tasked with levying taxes and writing the budget.

if you look at the actual numbers the congressional budget office uses, clinton had a deficit every year he was in office, though 1 year he was within 50M of a balanced budget.

the same thing happened to republicans that happened to democrats under johnson and carter, flushed with power they spent like whores

  • You're partially correct. Bill Clinton did balance the budget, but do you know why he did? The Republicans in Congress made him! Look it up.

  • Yes America did have a balanced budget while Clinton was in office but he did it with A CONSERVATIVE CONGRESS numb nuts. Specifically under the direction of Newt Gingrich. Clinton had a big goose egg basket full of money saving ideas on his own oh except that part about giving loans to people who would otherwise not have qualified.

  • I seem to remember movies being made that ridiculed him, any show that mentioned him or his staff call him evil, every news outlet except maybe Fox declare him the worst thing since Ebola. You may be correct that he is the worst thing to the National Debt, but he will be second when Obama is done.

  • I love how right-wingers are now VERY concerned with the national debt...

Have any of you looked at a TIMELINE of the national debt? You're concerned NOW? WHERE WERE YOU 6 YEARS AGO with these ******* tea parties?!

HYPOCRITS. PARTISAN hypocrits. From 2000-2006 Republicans added over $4 trillion to our debt.

And yet, no tea parties. So you tea baggers can go **** yourselves, because you're LATE and you're PARTISAN and I can't take you guys seriously in the least.

  • No taxes. But liberals hate that and there would be no payoffs to the guys that financed his election. So no that would never ever ever fly.

  • I'm so sick of these dumb liberals spending our way into oblivion.

We need to cut spending down to almost nothing and cut taxes down to almost nothing. Our economy would recover right away.

It's such a simple principle that liberals just cannot get.

  • Nice stab at the show: "that one suckie one I saw that no one should see". Hahaha - So whats the deal with that? How the FUCK can they still stay open? I don't get it! Cirque and the magic douche are RUINING that "fresh piss-n-tears flavor" that is Las Vegas!

  • NO TAX for a year would have DEFINITLEY been the way to go. Is it "laughing out loud" funny? Well, maybe NOW it is, but 10 years down the road we'll see phrases like "crying out loud" making a come-back when we try to pay off our national debt.

  • Funny watching him just bust out laughing about the ridiculousness of the Stimulus. What a fiasco, America...what a Fiasco. You let liberty just slip away... to worthless asleep at the wheel government workers.

  • Speaking about statistic's . 90% of all Statistic's are 50% correct 25% of the time .

  • When you tax income heavily, you're not taxing rich people. You're taxing people who are getting rich. If you want to tax the wealthy, just tax their wealth. Instead of filing your income with the government, you'd be filing your net worth. Then the government would just take a chunk.

*note: I DO NOT AGREE WITH DOING ANYTHING LIKE THIS! I just want people to know that taxing the rich is taxing success, not wealth.

  • VOTE LIBERTARIAN, be libertarian.

  • according to some people the world will end in 2012 so this huge dept does not matter

    HAHAHAHA...=)

  • duh, fuck the fed (answers alot of problems),great idea with the one year of no tax thing other hen some local

  • Also keep in mind that this stimulus bill(I prefer to call it a spending bill) is IN ADDITION TO the budget.

  • What I love about Penn is he loves the truth and can't stand BULL SH_T. We need more Celebs with that kind of attitude.

  • 1 trillion dollars of government spending will stimulate the economy a lot more than 1 trillion dollars in tax cuts because of the spending multiplier effect.

    Google it.

  • Yes, but the bailouts are not spent in America! Bailout money is being spent abroad and invested in foreign banks... how could that stimulate the local economy?

"The principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale." Thomas Jefferson

  • There's also the debatable effectiveness of the various portions of spending. Spending more money on global warming research will not stimulate the economy. Should we be spending money on it? Maybe, maybe not. But either way, it doesn't belong in a stimulus bill.

The things that the bill will spend money on are not all designed to stimulate the economy so the effectiveness of the bill will be marginalized.

  • 1:03 Bahaha!!

  • He is a libertarian.

  • Libertarianism and liberalism are two different things, but I wouldn't expect the common conservative to know that.

  • Yes, or rather that's what it's become (I don't know I haven't studied the use of the words through the ages).

  • cant we like... take hostages until Penn is the president of the united states or something?

we can easily do it under the libertarian flag because everyone thinks we're all crazy anyways... we wouldnt actually hurt anyone but if we took hostages people would listen because everyone fears libertarians right?

so go kidnap some people! Hostages for Penn for President!! Hostages for Penn for President!!

  • Well, speaking of libertarians, I am one and this is really the time for us to rise up and take the white house in 2012 or the election after. Republicans are dying, and one day they will be gone. Progressives have the best chance but my political ideals align most closely with libertarians so I would love to see them take the place of republicans.

  • Really? Republicans are dying? Almost 60 million people voted against Obama and about 20% of self-described conservatives voted for Obama. do you honestly believe that there's no chance the Republicans will come back and win at some point?

  • i think ur correct. im a lib but because 20% cons voted for o maybe theres a need not being met by either of the 2 parties?

  • Not to mention the growing number of evangelicals in christian law schools being trained as "The Next Army of God". These nuts believe they're out to re-Christianize America...as if God is what America used to be about before the cold war. WTF about E Pluribus Unum?

These indoctrinated zealots are not going to just give up and go away.

  • It's dangerous to just dismiss an entire class of people as "nuts" just because you disagree with them politically or disagree with their religious beliefs...

  • If you unquestionably believe that it is your god-given right and responsibility to infiltrate the gov't with the purpose of turning our country into a Theocracy...you're a nut. That's not a generalization.

  • How many people do you think make up this so-called "The Next Army of God" that I've never heard of and you seem to be an expert on? Are you also making the point that Christians shouldn't be allowed in government? Your leader Obama claims he's a Christian. Are you against him beleiving it's his god-given right and responsibility to infiltrate the gov't? Who exactly are you talking about that wants to turn the US into a thocracy?

  • Last figure I heard...approx. 80 million U.S. citizens and growing. Watch "Jesus Camp" or "The Next Army of God" for starters. Live in the bible belt for a week. Obama has to claim Christianity because of the Christian majority no matter what his beliefs. He's not an idiot...he wanted to win. However, unlike Bush, he doesn't make policy decisions based on any religious notions. For that, I'm glad. That doesn't mean the right extreme just gave up and left....wasn't this clip about the bailout?

  • You really believe there are 80 million people who belong to something called "The Next Army of God"?

At least you're admitting what a fraud and liar Obama is. Sarah Palin has to answer for every kooky thing ever said in a church in Alaska but Obama doesn't have to answer for a racist, anti-semitic, anti-American preacher who he sat and listened to for 20 years straight...

You really are funny. Maybe the doctor should up your meds...

  • Bah, why do I bother?

I believe that 80 million is a reasonable figure for the number of evangelical Christians in the U.S.A.

I have never encountered a rational evangelical Christian. I doubt anybody has.

You really are ignorant. Maybe you shouldn't base your arguments on well...on nothing. You ask a lot of questions and have very little to say.

  • So, you make up a number out of thin air and it seems reasonable to you? If there is really is this arem of evangelical Christians that is about 80 million, why did Obama only have 60 million people vote against him?

  • You really are dense. 1st of all, nobody has an accurate number because all statistics have inherent fallacies. Depending on how the question is asked, roughly 25-45% identify themselves as evangelical or "born again". My figure may be on the higher end, but is still within reason. You also assume that every Obama hater made it to the polls....come on, give me hard one!

  • I am not really religious at all..... but I really want to join the army of god.... it sounds badass.

Is there a place you can sign up? A website or something?

  • who knows what the gov't is thinking

btw look up: We Didn't Start The Crisis Stern

(parody about the economy, but must be familiar with the original video by Billy Joel: We Didn't Start The Fire)

  • Penn Jillette should be running the government!!!!!!

  • Excellent point! Washington will never understand that it is productive capital that will drive the economy and not just spending. We are on are why to becoming a 3rd world economy. Both parties are to blame!!

  • fortunately most republicans are starting to realize what is going on

(democrats refuse to listen to anything that disagrees with pelosi or obama denial)

  • People would call me a total nut. ^_^

Mainly because I do claim I can know.

  • I am aware of the fed and of the squeeze income tax places on the middle class. i agree that income tax shouldn't exist at all. it is a direct violation of our constitution. and the mises school is awesome.

  • I could never disagree with anything this guy says. I wish I was living next door to him.

  • Ok..here is the ting. Most people who are in the "top percent" INHERITED their money and don't work at all. the "hard working millionaire" is not common. Also..to assume that someone who makes a lot of money works HARDER than your average citizen is ludicrous.

  • I agree. They say Hollywood/celebrity is a snapshot of society on average, and if you look at Hollywood, who are todays biggest, richest stars? The ones who have careers, riches solely because of who their parents are. Angelina Jolie, Gweneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, Sean Penn, {aris Hilton, Matthew Brodderick, Robert Downey Jr.. on and on and on. All these people never worked a single job in their lives other than acting, acting which to me is not even work. These are people who leech through life

  • actually, the"ting" is that you dont know what you are talking about.

Dr. Thomas Stanley and Dr. William Danko did an extensive study on American millionaires and found that over 80% of them are first generation, meaning they built it themselves.

They found that the vast majority of millionaires have wealth simply because they are not majorly stupid with their money like 90% of the population. They dont live in big houses and drive fancy cars. Those people are not rich, just keeping an image.

  • "poor would not have to pay taxes"

dude, poor people don't pay taxes already. rich people already pay most of the taxes in this country.

  • Yep, we have the second highest tax on the rich in the world. Someone explain how that isn't descrimination. We have a class of people that we are segregating to pay more of a percentage of their money solely because they make more. Doctor pays more because he works hard and saves lives...dipshit at mcdonalds gets rewarded.

  • Most people are uneducated about how Capitalism works, so they assume that inflation is the fault of the rich. No, taxes on companies cause inflation because they see it as a cost and will jack up prices and fire people to make up that cost. If there is one thing I ever agreed with Bush on, it was the tax cuts for the big businesses. Anyway, good comment, completely agree. "poor" people only pay 3% of taxes in this country, how is that unfair?

  • Indeed most people are uneducated about how capitalism (the kind we have right now, based on Keynesian Economics) works. Including yourself. Big businesses take those tax cuts and move jobs out of the country to avoid paying a living wage, avoid sanitation, child labor and environmental laws... Furthermore, inflation is the result of an unregulated, unaccountable private bank (The Federal Reserve) printing money at whim, based on debt (fractional reserve) devaluing the dollar. Fact.

  • They also move jobs out of the country when they are over-taxed. They do it so that they don't have to pay the employees the amount they would have to pay to Americans. You tax the companies, they cut jobs and cut back production, which increases scarcity and therefore price. Fact. (see I can do it too)

  • I don't agree with or support the income tax for anyone, so don't read that into my comment.

what you said is not a fact, however. sorry - it is just a speculation. it cannot be proven that taxation is the prima facie reason for moving industry offshore. cheap labor is.

tax structures, as i have said before, are easy enough, legal or not - and taken advantage of frequently. when taxes were reduced for industry, those corporations moved the jobs anyway. we saw this during the Bush admin.

  • Ah, we have found some common ground. I don't agree with income tax either. Cheap labor is the result of them being taxed. I'm not saying it's the only reason, but it is a factor. Minimum wage is also a problem. It creates a price floor which causes a surplus, lowering price on goods. The companies start losing money and again cut back on production and send jobs over seas. I am for complete Lassiez-faire capitalism in principle.

  • I like the Austrian School (Mises...)

    :)

  • My concern is only that there is an income tax at all - and that the money collected (by force) goes, in its entirety, into the possession of a private, for-profit bank - headed by the most extremely wealthy people on the planet... who then 'loan' the government money which the people aren't allowed to oversee the spending of... (black budgets)... dollars flood the market, causing super-inflation. then this bank adjusts interest rates, causes deflation, making themselves richer. it's about over.

  • the middle class has the highest proportionate-to-income tax burden. Many of the wealthy avoid income and capital gains taxes altogether with offshore structures/shelters easily enough. You are forgetting that everything we purchase is taxed, and you are forgetting interest itself is a form of taxation.

Low income people often do not pay income tax, correct - but they are being taxed nonetheless.

  • I watched that show with Glenn, glad you enjoyed yourself there. A true tax cut would encourage the economy more than any bailout or stimulus package. If I didn't pay taxes for the rest of the year, I could afford to got to Vegas and take in some shows... we need a flat tax and to put the government on weight watchers or jenny craig.

  • YOU ROCK MAN!!! Analize it all you want, hard work and reason is what feeds the poor, and like Penn and many other say, not in these exact words of course," There are many people out there that want to help people, but the government puts a cap on it.

  • I wasn't expecting that shamwow joke

  • The stimulus money came from our taxes, so what capital we would be taking from directed stilmulus programs would instead go to consumerism, because that's where the common person is going to spend their money freely.

It's going to go to wal-mart and mcdonalds, it's wouldn't create long term jobs.

  • So here is my question. Since our treasury is just printing monopoly money anyway. How come we didn't just print up a couple million bucks and send it to the Somali pirates? Seems nicer than shooting them in the head and dragging that kid over here for a spectacle, kangaroo court, so some federal persecutor (prosecutor) can make a name for himself.

  • Of course not paying taxes wouldn't help those at all who are so poor that they don't pay taxes anyway. It wouldn't unfreeze the credit market, so if you need a loan to make a business happen, tough luck! Also lower taxes means people can get by with less, so companies can get away with paying them lower wages while giving their CEOs huge bonuses.

Haven't you guys tried the whole death by a thousand tax cuts strategy before? Did it work? Are you thriving today as a result of it...?

  • This stimulus package is just going to postpone the depression, which will just make it last longer. The government and the banks shouldn't have been counterfeiting money in the first place.

  • most of you need to do some research going back on how the monetary system really works and then you might think twice about being the bleeding hearts for paying out of your asses for taxes

  • Stop paying taxes, and you can pay for your own cops, your own military, and your own health inspectors.

  • "Stop paying taxes, and you can pay for your own cops, your own military, and your own health inspectors."

But education is clearly out? ;)

Seriously, though, the problem is twofold:

    1) Upward mobility: the poor need free education, cops, health care, etc. to have a shot at moving up

    2) Cohesion: imagine rent-a-cops for every neighborhood. Who would establish zoning? What about special investigators for fraud? Or murderers from a thousand miles away?

    3) Scale: goodbye NASA.

  • (I know, you don't really care about NASA, but I do)

  • I could see a VERY small flat tax being great, but the poor need to get off their asses, not the *severely* disabled but just the poor if they expect to feed their families and themselves, they also need to quit having as many kids but I would be weary of the federal government imposing laws on reproduction because they would have to make it "equal" so that it doesn't "discriminate" ah the joys of "political correctness".

  • Just 1bproblem:

Unemployed people would not benefit from not paying taxes. The idea behind the Stimulus is to:

Help the most in need survive the recession.

    Hopefully, restart the economy.

You rich people do not get that FDR saved your lives:

FDR saved millions of Americans from starving or freezing to death. You hate him because he used your taxes to do so. Those people probably would have had a revolution and you rich would have been the first facing the firing squad.

  • Yeah, I love Pen but when he starts talking about this subject it sounds like the gibbering voices of Cthulhu.

  • "Unemployed people would not benefit from not paying taxes"

LOL! That's like saying "unemployed people would benefit more if a percentage of their money is taken." Lol, don't let your prejudice of rich people blur your judgment.

"You rich people do not get that FDR saved your lives"

The economy didn't recover until after WWII, a long time past FDR's presidency.

  • Unemployed people have no money to tax.

As for the New Deal, its number # 1 objective was helping people survive. Its secondary objective was stimulating the economy. This is as it has to be because one cannot let millions of people suffer.

Your solution of letting the poor eat cake until the depression ends is likely to lead to violent revolution and decapitation of the deposed rich. If you do not believe me, just ask Marie Antoinette. The needs of the people have to come first.

  • "As for the New Deal, its number # 1 objective was helping people survive."

Same with Stalinism. Does that mean Stalinism is good? Cliche quote time: "The road to hell is paved with good intentions."

A lot of the causes of the great depression had to do with government intervention, FYI. Raised tariff rates, raised taxes, etc were all done prior to the great depression.

As for unemployed people, what about sales taxes, and alll other taxes? Income tax isn't the only tax.

  • > "Same with Stalinism."

Incorrect. The purpose of Stalinism is the concentration of power in the hands of Stalin.

    > "As for unemployed people, what about sales taxes, and alll other taxes? Income tax isn't the only tax."

This is why I would like to abolish salestax and VAT> these are regressive taxes. I would have the equation for incometax be:

    y = (x/m) - n

I would choose values for m and n such that the poor would not have to pay taxes.

  • What do you do to people who refuse to allow you to steal their money?

  • Then why weren't the sheeple paying attention in the first place when the banksters, robber barons and commies they fund were leading them down the road to ruin?

The sheeple generally get the treatment they deserve.

The welfare programs were designed to create a permanent parasitic constituency that could be easily manipulated. End of story.

Don't understand? Follow my links. Read the quotes page first. Then share and prepare.

  • > "Then why weren't the sheeple paying attention in the first place when the banksters, robber barons and commies they fund were leading them down the road to ruin?"

Bankers and robberbarons do not fund communists. You confuse communism with fascism.

  • I suggest you google this: "who funded the communist revolution in russia"

The same people fund and arm both sides...

    Go read my quotes page.

  • I suggest you research that a little more...

  • Hey says "about" $1T is the amount collected in tax from Americans in 2006. $1T divide by 300,000,000 people (US population) = $3,333.34 paid in tax, per person. Not a helluva whole lot of money. There's definitely something off about that stat. (Unless he means pure income tax alone every year, which I can see more realistically; it's certainly not the sum collection, though.)

  • And if that statistic IS right, then people certainly aren't going to go out and buy cars with only an extra $3300.

  • No taxes for tax payers not every 1 year old in the nation.

  • Too bad that's a moot statement since the parents of most of those 1-year-olds would be getting less than $3300 back.

  • I don't know what moot means but if everyone over 15 (245267292) where payed the money it would equal $4 077 if you disregard the people over 65 because almost all of them are retired you get $4 859 a person now if you factor in how many of them actually pay taxes you get $7 293 a person which is a decent chunk of change you could also then factor out people in the x-million+ bracket and then everyone would be getting in the 8000s

  • moot adj: of little or no practical value or meaning

And you're demonstrating it. According to your figures most poor people, most people with 2 or more kids, most retirees who just lost their retirement in 2008 are getting but two things: Jack and shit... and Jack left town.

And by most people I mean 2/3 of tax payers, and that's using your layman figures.

  • So you rather the country be a cradle to grave socialist society? If you lowers taxes for company's they hire more if you lower taxes for people they buy more, if you just hand all the poor people everything they are not going to try harder, just like in the USSR.

And all my facts I retrieved from CIA facts and if you think they are just one big tax conspiracy then this argument is over.

  • No, I don't want a cradle to grave socialist society. You are presenting a knee jerk false dichotomy. And hinting that I think this is a big tax conspiracy is a little bit bananas. I used your layman figures because I figured you would be more apt to accept them.

  • nice name, DoctorMeh, lol

  • Relax penn, money isn't backed by anything. "We" can just keep printing more everytime we need it. Like when you play monopoly and you run out of money. The banker just rips off a piece of paper and writes a number on it. Sounds like a GB friday special in the making. I'm thinking a general education pertaining to the nature of money is needed. What are your thoughts penn? What exactly is money and how much can be manufactured before massive inflation?

  • I can't find it on youtube, can you provide a link.

  • you stupid conspiracy talking bastard!

  • Why is this video not available outside of the US?

  • LMAO -- hilarious and true.

    >>>"Fat fuck paid millions by billionaires and trillionaires to lie to you. Dancing monkey shill."

  • Media clowns like this uneducated fat fuck are paid millions to to keep the public in the dark about the power of the Federal Reserve private "banking" crime syndicate, how they own both political parties, how they control every important aspect your life.

  • You're funny.

  • You are indeed crazy.

  • by arguing that they shouldn't be granted YOUR money?

  • I bet you have no idea who this guy is.

I disagree with him on his points in this video, but I have the utmost respect for him. If you'd seen his magic show, I bet you would too.

Watch Bullshit and respect the honesty. And also, clean up your dirty, cock-sucking mouth you loudmouthed ass-pirate. Cheers, friend.

  • well, it comes down to a great line I heard once in the movie Casino, when the slot machine gives 3 jackpots in a row and the pit boss keeps letting people play the machine. Deniro says, "you are stupid, or you are in on it"

They are all either stupid (which I doubt) or in on it!!!

  • Then county commissioner Pat Webb is on you like a cheap Lester Diamond suit!

  • Yup.

    >"Federal Income Tax -- instituted 1913.

    Federal Reserve -- instituted 1913.

Every year the Federal Reserve (not federal, no reserves) "lends" the US govt "money" for its operating expenses. The Federal Reserve private "banking" crime syndicate produces that "money" from thin air. We pay it back with real goods and services.

The Constitution says the govt should simply print money based on gold, silver, fiat, whatever it deems fit.

JFK tried to circumvent the Fed. Bang bang."

  • Cutting taxes (apart from removing the social stabilizing programs that keep society from canibalizing itself) has been the stimulating plan for the past 8 years. It is the main reason we have a 5 trillion dollar deficit. That is 5 times the trillion you are sweating. Not that any of this is great, but less taxes is not an instant stimulator, the economy isn't a simple machine with an on/off switch. Especially since we are globalized and have been sinced America was founded on intl trade.

  • The economy is in freefall and Mubarak Hussein Obama wants to give over 11 billion dollars to Pakistan, which will be funneled to "moderate" Turdobans to use against our soldiers...

If that lawn jockey for the welfare plantation bowing to the Saudi king and licking the ass of the Turks isn't enough for everybody, just look at all the restrictions they are putting on the farmers and fishermen that feed us.

New liberal lunacy: Let's tax health care services to make medicine "affordable."

  • Fat fuck paid millions by billionaires and trillionaires to lie to you. Dancing monkey shill.

  • not paying taxes would srew us and we be a third world country. free market did not pay for roads. Free market did not pay for space exploration that brought alot of new teachnolies wich we use today. Its was our taxes. Penn we got srew when a few decided to say fuck everyone i'm getting what i want. So this is the consequnce of thier actions. It's like in the wild west were crime was so high that the law got so much power they would just hang you for stealing. Our sitution is pretty much the sam

  • Actually there is tons of evidence that shows that the "Wild West" was wild because of government coercion.

  • How much did it cost to write this stimulus plan?

How much are we going to spend in overages, because we all know nothing will get done on budget or schedule?

Every time bureaucracy has grown, usually as an effect of war, it has failed to shrink after the situation was taken care of. We will never be out from under this.

Ohh, and the old New Deal didn't work. The economy was not returned to pre-crash figures.

  • The New Deal didn't get this country out of the Depression - Hirohito and Hitler did.

  • I remember watching that Glenn Beck. If Obama had us stop paying taxes instead of pissing our nonexistant cash away I'd totally get behind him!

  • sadly he is behind us and I don't like what is going to happen next...

  • Yes We Can! Obama has brought Change!

  • =OoO=

Clearly, you are the Yin to Beck's yang,

oh wait, that really sound a bit nasty really.

is it time for PornoMusique/Comments Time?

    =OoO=

Oh, *Church*...never you worry...you once said "The greatest lesson in life is to know that even fools are right sometimes."

  • Wow, that's an extremely interesting notion... Not paying taxes for a full year that is...

  • Dude your too smart, lol. Better not stand on to many hotel balconies or you might get a MLK.

If you have time look up TONA, it was the Amendment that was supposed to save America from the situation we are in now.

Kinda odd how it got taken out of America eh?

Peace bro, be well and stay funny.

  • Federal Income Tax -- instituted 1913.

Bang bang.

  • you should watch my vid on the federal reserve system...

  • wait, there is a Contest every week to see who is the nuttiest person on the Glen Beck show? And some how Glen Beck doesn't win every single show?

  • How would the public sector run if no one paid any taxes? I think that the economist WAS pretty crazy and y'all are dealing with this issue in a far too simplistic way. Ya have too watch it from all angles, ye know what I'm saying?

  • I don't believe it was put forth as a viable option, only a way to illustrate how freaking much money that is.

  • GreyAutumn: "How would the public sector run if no one paid any taxes?"

With all the government millionaires we have today, who is running a private sector???

  • Think of public schools, the army, police, the fire department, etc. But I think that we could use those trillion dollars to feed the public sector instead. It could work. ;) We would need even less.

  • Think of the public schools? No thank you...

  • What a well presented argument! -.-

Not everyone are rich WASPs, you know. Idiot.

  • Well, if Obama did give us a tax holiday and it did stimulate the economy dont you think there would be a cry to do away with taxes in 2010 as well? Wouldn't that drive congress nuts.

  • What should drive everyone nuts is that Mubarak Hussein Obama wants to give over 11 billion dollars to Pakistan, which will be funneled to "moderate" Turdobans to use against our soldiers... If that lawn jockey for the welfare plantation bowing to the Saudi king and licking the ass of the Turks isn't enough for everybody, just look at all the restrictions they are putting on the farmers and fishermen that feed us...

  • Is that in some Motel?

    Heh

  • Penn goo watch zeitgeist addendum it tells about it what you just said .. It was made beffore the crisis :]

  • Glen Beck sucks

  • Thats an understatement

  • Obama spent his whole yearly budget in a single day. I wonder if spending so much money is desensitizing people to it's value.

  • Thanks to your twitter feed I was able to catch this...
