@Tracetopher There's a Daedra quest connected to it. Its better then the blades sword, but also worse. Its chaos in a stick.

@Tracetopher spark enchantments can be found on random weapons in blacksmith shops and in dungeons. If you've got the double enchanting perk, you can put spark and flames on your sword, yes. As for the power on it, I'm at a lose for that. Only thing I could think of is to improve Enchanting, getting the perks for Fire and Lightening as you go. Hopefully, that helped alittle.

@Tracetopher Well...there's always the Ogma Infinium. (spelling...not to sure there) Basically, you can exploit it to get every possible skill to level 100. Keep in mind tho, this will level up the enemies to match. But, if ya want to keep it fair, your doing it right. Its the same as smithing. Actually, you could max out both smithing and enchanting at the same time (or near enough) by making iron daggers, enchanting them, then selling them.
