I did post the chords, I know the strum pattern it diff. a strum pattern doesn't always have to be the same as the song. My strumming is on another video, and I'll explain why it doesn't have to be the same, The strum pattern is just something that helps you recognize the song

Ya you can play the song with any guitar you like, Jason Mraz uses a steel string but if you played it with a classic guitar you should be fine people will still know what your playing. The difference is steel string has a crisper sound to it and classical is more smooth, you know what I'm saying?

You can and there is another way you can play it, with bar chordes its much easier with the capo for beginners, without the capo its lower and less recognizeable but you could, if your planning on singing to it then you have to sing real low but ya if you dont have a capo look into bar chordes
