@dfcool2 i think it's called hand blast.. you get to choose what weapon you want at character creation and you can choose hand blast amongst others

@theQuestion626 well, i was 25 when i did this so have patience, you should get the quest if you just keep doing the main storyline it should pop up at some point :)
