Your mandarin is better than mine. Good job. The stinky to fu is very stinky, I don't have the gut to eat it. It makes me think of a fruit called durian, it smell like shit too. Smelly to fu and smelly fruit durian, both smell like shit. Yuk.

Smelly to fu is very popular in Hong Kong too, so you cannot say it is only Taiwan food. My mom told me my grandparents in China had it too. It is Chinese food.
