@inkey2 Then you're doing it wrong. I own a breakfast/lunch sandwich shop. We're open 7am to 3pm; I'm in at 6am, out at 3:30 - 4pm. We're open Tues thru Sat, closed sunday, monday. Just my wife and I, net around $75,000.00 a year.
@boardskins the 3 businessess i knew of were pizza and subs. they were open 7 days a week. Granted, the rent is very high in metro boston, usually about 2000 to 4000 a month.......all three of these people (and their families) burnt out after a few years and sold the business
if you go into the food business....expect long hours and at minimum 6 days a week work schedule
