Karate man? What is it with people, its not hard: Karate is japanese. Kung-Fu(spel it however the fuck u want) is chinese. Jeet-kun-do was Bruce's ow thing so its neither, but if anything, you would say, '......refer to him as the KUNGFU man....' (even though he was talking about NOT referring to him as such but thats besides the point)

Its like: KARATE KID, IN CHINA, WITH CHINESE, WITH WUSHU/KUNGFU.WHATEVER MASTER JACKIE CHAN. 'Kung-Fu Kid' would have worked. Esp. with an extra layer of humor.

And as my wife would tell you (since she is his God-daughter--and she and her father, Dan Inosanto are in this documentary along with other who knew him). So I invite you to check it out. There is new footage never released before.

@buddhalove88 it was a sound bite the producer's took out of context from an interview that my wife, Diana Lee Inosanto (Bruce Lee's god-daughter) was discussing on the attitude of early Hollywood in the 1960's and 1970's towards Asian men where the industry portrayed them in an emasculating way, and sometimes Asians were't allowed to play themselves, and were replaced by white actors (ex. Micky Rooney as Mr. Yunashi in Breakfast at Tiffany's ) . I encourage you to see the doc--it's inspiring.
