You don't need roids to get big and cut- Truth be told- I know very few people who want to look like that- My audience is tempted to try it- I am trying to lead by example- keep people healthy. My arms are 18 and 1/2 and I am natural. Would I be surprised to hear of a natural guy with 20 inch arms. No-. If you are eating right and training right. Perhaps if you want to be Mr. Olympia or competitive , but most people want to be jacked as they can. Look good in and out of clothes Vic

if you bend your elbows, you are also working out on your biceps. The aim of this exercise is to isolate and work out only on your triceps. The reason for why your arm is slightly larger is because it is working out both biceps and triceps. However, that is not the goal of this exercise.
By far the best workout vid Ive pretty much ever seen. All the motions are committed and form is perfect. Not like most nonsense vids on here. Vic you the man.

Every video this guy puts out has the best information available for natural body building. I started working out in 1964. If I would have had this information available to me then it would have saved me from a lot of injuries and a lot of frustration. These are TOP NOTCH VIDEOS for demonstration and information. My advice to the critics is to pay attention and take notes. Thanks for the free information Vic!

You're working on your Biceps too much. Lighten up on them, and you will do better.

if you bend your elbows, you are also working out on your biceps. The aim of this exercise is to isolate and work out only on your triceps. The reason for why your arm is slightly larger is because it is working out both biceps and triceps. However, that is not the goal of this exercise.

I can't help counting the reps. What I do is fixing a goal, a target.
For example I do 10reps of preacher curl, and after doing those 10 reps, if I can add a couple more I do it.
Is that so wrong?

That's good. However, perhaps you are using a weight that is too light for you. Experiment with larger weights and see what's good for you.
