@omoibile Once you've lived in a place where food workers are required to wear gloves, it's hard to think of a reason they shouldn't. Transferring germs is one thing, and transferring blood-borne illness is quite another. Big problem with Africa, you were thaught all these in schools and you think its just for the grades? @ucheojo1 They sell the suya spice in London, all you need to do is buy beef and ask for it to be sliced neatly then 'stick' the beef, rub some suya spice on it and there you have your personal suya..Me and my wife make suya every weekend!
