  • Running outside of wrestling practice is a great way to build up cardio. I do anywhere from 3-5 miles on the weekends to build up cardio also i do morning cardio excersises such as mountain climbers or jumping knee tucks etc.. And my cardio is incredible. Just start off with a mile or two outside practice and build it up. This guys right tho. Nothing will build your stamina for wrestling like wrestling will.

  • slow speed jogging @ start of practice, build up to 20 minutes of running, then live wrestling, nothing will build wrestling stamina like wrestling

  • umm wrestling practice during season should do it. if thats not enough, you should excersise on your own and maybe go on some diet if its weight thats effecting your cardio as well.
