If they were going to reuse it maybe but in the case of scrap it then this is a good way to do it especially if you're not an expert at taking them apart. Saw it done on one approx the same size as this one. Took them about 3 hours to completely move it and take it away for reassembly. So please do tell us how it would be removed. Hmmmm.
