I do not see any reset button or a hole in centre to put allen screw. I have so many videos showing this two things on bottom surface. but i do not see it on my garbage disposal. it is GE make,

My problem is I installed a brand new InSinkErator Badger 10. When I turned it on all it did was make a buzzing sound. It spins freely with the allen wrench but just buzzes when turned on. I tested the outlet by plugging in my vaccum to it and turning on the switch. I have no idea whats wrong.
