Check the date of the video. Son'y ps1 emu wasn't hacked at the time.

@awsomeaustin316 itis hacked, you can't run any downloaddwed game on any psp, also I don't think this game is at the psn store (well, maybe it is at the japanesse store), but anyway you can play any psx game on the psp, they don't need to be at the store.

Yes, it's a psx game, played on the psp with the first homebrew emulator (I think there were two but dark_alex hacked sony's so homebrew one's were dropped).
