  • In This Clip, From 4:16 To 5:15, It Was FNN's Wall Street Final Video Open From Monday Evening, October 19, 1987.

  • excellent. used to watch ed hart and FNN all the time back in the day before merger w/CNBC.

  • Wolanchuk lost his shirt and now lives under a rock.

  • I'm pretty sure that Don Wolanchuk would laugh at all the amateurs on the Ride the Tiger thread on Silicon Investor

  • Wow! What a great video clip. Isn't it amazing that Bill Griffith is still such a strong part of CNBC twenty years later? He and Sue Herera have been on CNBC/FNN ever since I can remember. It's great to see these clips from the past. The October 19, 1987 and September 11, 2001 dates were the two best days in financial reporting history.

  • Is Ed Hart still alive?

  • The great Ed Hart is no longer with us, which is a shame. I loved his clear, calm, piercing commentary. Dry wit, brilliant man, still missed. Great to see 80s FNN again here.

  • RIP Ed !!!

  • Ed was a great man indeed... and such a wit, I loved how he would deride some Wall St. schmuck... all with a straight face! But, Ed would get really ticked if you didn't give him time cues every 30 seconds...

  • This guy's a regular at traders-talk. keep up da good work Cheif.

  • Wow I remember watching this. Also remember the controversy over Bill shaving his mustache.

  • Hail to Da Cheif Oi Oi Oi! I love a good bargin.
