love the drum add on, was that the Kareoke machine or a mono mix of the song itself. i have the 45 and while it's truncated and omits the opening and ending, it doesn't have that cool drum snare every other beat. interesting
I hear a lot of people hate on the Moodies (mostly punk rockers who think they're a progressive rock band, which they're not - not that it would be all that bad if they were). These guys had a great sense of melody, and made some great songs and records together. They aren't my favorite group int he world (that would be the Who), but they were damn good.
Days of Future Passed is my favorite one by these guys, and this is the best song on it. Really romantic and emotional.
I love coming to here I get to hear song I have not heard in a verrrrrrrrrrrry long time these are songs you can even understand the words to and it is not the rap crap of today [ sorry should not have said that ha ha ]
wow! th u soo much, never found a karaoke on this one, the 60's look gives it more authentic feel. this song i believe has double meanings. yes, 60's songs best, that is all i karaoke & can you believe some 20 yr old's last wk never heard of san francisco that i sang.
Actually 1967. And then I think it hit #1 in America in 1972. Of course I turned 4 in 1967. I didn't know this song till the 80s. It quickly became my favorite song of all time.
... Hi !!! : D ... This one here to me is like a Beatles song ... heard so many times , as a kid , on the kitchen radio during all the sixties , among so many great things ... so , since ... : ) well , guess it ' s just one thing in any bab ' boomer ... " package " ; )
YES, sorry to assault you with that sad eighties stuff, but I liked the song. I first saw this when I was much younger and in England. As long as I've had the internet, I've been searching for this footage.
On the lighhter side of the news, the next vids that I post will be coming from Dublin, Ireland. As I'm off on another of my adventures.

Wife? I don't know when Justin was married, but I believe he was only 19 when he wrote this song.

Songs of this quality are just not written anymore. That's why the music of the 60's will always be popular through the generations.
If they have not received one already then The Moody Blues should reieve an award for their contributions to British music. They are one of the best.
Thanks for sharing this clip with us!
