Thank you for this video. I randomly found it, and what a perfect time to watch. I have been trying to utilize the power of the secret and some times its a struggle. especially with weight loss. I struggle with the "I've tried it before mentality" but the thing is I have tried it before and It has worked but I have also fallen so to go at it on an hour mentality is awesome. I usually think FAR to ahead for my own good and I never live in the now, this is the only time I can live so why jump?

That's the worse way to lose weight, your body goes into "shut down" mode and starts storing body fat because it doesn't know when it will get food to metabolize... kind of like how a bear stores fat for the winter when it goes into hibernation...
