I vaguely remember a TV programme that fleeting mentioned that tinsel may have originally derived from a Norse ritual of spreading the entrails of sacrificed animals in trees. Which is nice. Where did you guys get this ritual from? Ss finding anything relating to this via google is pretty scarce!
