It's this anime show about countries and what they would be like if they were people. The time is WW2 and just about everything in between. Russia is a schizophrenic in my opinion. He is kind at times, but can get very violent. The only person scarier than him is his younger sister, who tries to force him to marry her. >.>

Actually, you have that backwards. Pyotr Tchaikovsky (Пётръ Чайковскій), created the original version. TSO is an American band.
