Before I used Joel's program I was a wuss and I couldn't even touch the net! After 2 days on his program, I was throwing down mad 360 windmills!! Thanks Joel!!!!!!
you know it, actually before this workout i could barely touch the rim but after I could grab quarters off the backboard. I am the greatest coach of all time!
that probably would be a good idea, especially for people who need to lower their ground contact times (me) or sprinters. I do employ both types of arm actions in skipping drills. For my high jumpers, who are very fast off the ground, I just typically have them do double arm, but I might throw a single in there here and there from now on, thanks Matt!
how about finding someone who knows how to work the camera and shoot this from a angle that would be useful to beginners learning bounding , so that they can see the proper arm movement, leg movement and rhythm???
do you make good gains in vert jump and speed with your plyos?

Joel, I'm currently doing your program of bounding that I found on your blog and on theverticalsummit.
Could you please take a look at my bounding technique videos that I put on my profile and/or hand out some advice about my form/the proper form?
I lack bounding amplitute at it's best right now (my bounds are very short) and I kinda have bad lower-leg absorbtion from what I can figure out.

how long did it take you to learn hot to bound?

perhaps it would be beneficial to practice both arm-action styles when bounding

is it bad if instead of using both hands you use just one hand when boundin.(left foot right arm, right foot left arm)??

You have such a big amplitude on those bounds... I really need to get there. They might be one of the best exercises for one-leg jumping.
