@BarrieMomentum wrong yet right parkour is speed and flow while freerunning is tricking with flow and then if wanted u can combine the two to benefit each like me when i jump a long set of stairs i do a diveing corkskrew which increases my momentum comeing out of it so it really just depends.

@BarrieMomentum nah. it's different. parkour is "getting from point A to point B in as least time possible." you just hop shit on a self made course, then improve and as you move on, you can find new faster ways to reach your destination. free ruinning is "alright, i'm gonna run up that wall, bounce off, land on the rail, and then backflip" but it doesn't gotta be like that... you can improvise.

it's impossible to be 100 % efficient, so parkour is kind of impossible if you define it as A to B.

parkour and freerunning have different names, but break them down and they're pretty much the same.. movement
