I remember seeing this episode a while back' I never looked at a crack and cranny the same way again' too scary' btw does anyone happen to know about a millennium episode he played in? I've seen it before but I was trying to look for some of it on here' I think its called the beginning of the end' if anyone could tell me I'd really appreciate it '
i have been reading all theses books in its series. Are these the same original episodes that r on the series dvds? i want to know because i want to see these. so can u help?
I first saw this episode when i was about 7 or 8 years old (I'm 23 now), and it scared the hell out of me. Absolutely terrifying. It has obviously dated a lot nowdays but i watched Squeeze and Tooms back to back not too long ago and after watching it i just felt really uneasy... Kept getting nervous every time i went down to the other end of my house after dark. It's great how stuff like this can stay with you!
I'm 22 and feel the same. The first episode I ever watched was the flukeman one and after that I didn't watch X files for years. Then my older brother got this episode on VHS and I watched it and there you have it. 22 and have only seen like 3 episodes. Lol. This is by far the scariest TV show ever. And its scared me more than any of these so called horror movies. The Host makes you afraid of the toilet and this one makes you afraid of...... Everywhere. Lol.
You're totally right - I remembered seeing this first time last summer and it scared me so much. It's those paralyzing eyes but also the 'squeeze' o_O thing. Can we EVER allow ourself to feel safe?
@heavyonit damn straight dude! i was also in my younger years when i first saw it on TV! it gave me the creeps! it then comes to my young mind that whenever i get to small holes like a vent or manhole, i always remember the "rubberman"!

ahh, such a great episode, and so early in the series. Sets the standard for the MOTW episodes, and introduces the Mulder-save-Scully plot.

The first "Monster of the Week" episode, introducing one of the creepiest X-Files villains, Eugene Victor Tooms. Legendary. =)

Thsi show isn't the scariest show around(UNSOLVED MYSTERIES ANYONE!!!), but its still scarier than most "horror" films.
Top series.

Unsolved Mysteries and the X-Files... They need to have a television network created just to show back to back episodes of these two shows.
The old Unsolved Mysteries... not a big fan of the new one...

It's a clear 8, the imagination that someone rips out your liver while still breathing is just a horrible way to die
