  • How nice this rendition is, pure sounding. I loved Ray Bryant's playing. I met him and his wife at Alphonse's one night when I had a gig with Arlette Budwig and Sweets Edison brought them in and introduced me. Very nice people. He was a giant and so was Betty Carter.

  • RIP Ray Bryant, 12/24/31-6/2/11

  • Great job...almost makes me want to write a romance.

  • Lovely tribute! I like the credits too, with the GWTW pic. I can't remember the film at 0:41, what's the title please?

  • @afrenchindublin Thank you Clem, sure, it's 'The 39 Steps' (1935)
