I love how even though people didn't like Suck Out The Poison, HIL didn't care. They took their music in a new direction and are proud of what they did. Well, I think "Suck Out the Poison" is superior to "I am Hollywood" in every way. That doesn't mean that I don't love "I am Hollywood", but it does mean that I feel they went in a better direction instead of sounding like every other band out there at the time of the I.A.H's release. I was never really into bands that had emo-esque vocals, but H.I.L. did it well and I let them slide on it and got really into them. On S.O.T.P. they changed it up and became a stronger, more distinct band for it.
