  • Nasty little Italians

  • you are awesome! such a great family and recipe is great! I love it. Give me such a great feelings of loving caring italian family!

  • To the so-called "classylady" - Yeah, you've got class. LOW class in a back-alley sort of way! What's wrong with you picking on kids like that? As far as your "vomit" comment, being a "model" you probably vomit a lot so don't blame it on the video. You probably vomit from your OWN cooking or to lose weight so you can fit into that monkey suit for a gig. And for those of you picking on the recipe, remember there's more than one way to cook meatballs.

  • Making Home Made Italian BALLZ

  • Looks great but im not really a pork and beef eater! lol

  • I hate these kids so much

  • @almcproductions14 stupid hater!

  • Your girls did this very good!!

  • yummy! these were so good! 5 stars

  • Nice video , I'm so hungry now!

  • CLASSYLADY1447------I FIND IT AMUSING THAT YOUR USERNAME IS SUCH AN IRONY. ALSO I CANT BELIEVE THAT A WOMAN SEEING A MAN SPENDING TIME WITH HIS CHILDREN, TEACHING THEM SOME VALUES, COOKING, LAUGHING AND LOVING HIS FAMILY, WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO VOMIT?!! YOU ARE THE EPITOME OF "BITCH" NOT A CLASSY LADY, BEFORE POSTING A COMMENT, MAYBE YOU SHOULD DO SOME SOUL SEARCHING BEFORE YOU DEGRADE OTHER PEOPLE. AND BTW THE MOVIE IS HOW TO MAKE MEATBALLS, NOT SAUCE, CUNT.

  • @mysticaleyes89 ---without "RESPECT"

  • @mysticaleyes89 Couldn't put it better myself.

  • HUN ~ WHEN I SAW THIS ~ I WANTED TO VOMIT ~ YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE SAUCE ~ BEFORE YOU MAKE A VIDEO ~ LEARN FIRST!!!

    WITH RESPECT ~

    SICILIAN ELEGANCE!!!

  • Great job guys! Cant wait to try this out for my family! Thanks!

  • Hm....my Italian Nonna taught me that you never make Italian meatballs with beef. Only pork or veal or a combination of the two. Different Strokes for different folks, I guess. Your way looks divine, I'm definitely going to try it this way next.

  • lmao dagoes

  • great job paisan!

    those girls got talent.

    Best of luck to yous.

  • real Neapolitan style meatballs are just 60% beef, pork, veal, 40% fresh breadcrumbs, FRESH parsley, Parmesan and Romano cheese @ 1/2 cup each, salt and pepper. You brown them in a pan, remove from heat and set aside, put onions garlic and carrot into the pan with the meatball drippings and some evoo, cook until golden brown, add 28 oz can of whole peeled san marzano tomatoes, and a few sprigs of thyme bring to a boil return meatballs to sauce reduce to simmer and cover for about 20-25 mins.

  • sauce from a can??? seriously?

  • can you make more of these videos? i miss them sooo much

  • Great video! My crock pot only has a low or high setting. If I cook them on low / high, how much time would you recommend for each setting? Thanks!

  • i always stop it at the end at watch a diffrent video cause it makes me hungry

  • great movie bravo!!

  • hey, i tried this recipe, it came out amazing!!! i always thought you had to fry the balls first but to slow cook those bad boys for three hours made me the most tender and delicious meatballs and an incredible sauce, it was grrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!!

  • ...well, I wouldn't call them Italian, but I am sure those are yummy meatballs :)

  • there not real boobs on the pink girl thre fat boobs

  • What happened to the older girls arm cast? Half way through the video it was gone. Remarkable healing power those meatballs have!

  • In Italia non si fanno propio cosi' neanche il sugo,

nessuno comunque dice che non sia buono lo stesso , ma,

    si potrebbe fare meglio.

  • yum i love italian food

  • I've made this several times now over the past year or so. I'm making it again today. Thank you so much for posting this. This recipe is awesome. Sooo, sooo good. It's as close as I can get to a restaurant called Viviano's that made the best I've ever eaten, but they closed years ago. I put 2 ,4oz. cans of mushrooms in the sauce this time. Thanks again.

  • great now i'm hungry

  • and arent you suppose to measure out stuff before you put it in

  • cool...but its not really italin but cool

  • dude..it probably tastes very good...but this is not the italian way to make meatballs...and i am italian, born and raised here....

  • @IreneJalenti Thanks, there are many ways I make them but I have to watch my blood pressure so I eliminate salt all together. I would rather make the sauce with fresh tomatoes. My grandfather passed this on from his grandfather from Italy but sure there were some modifications along the way.

  • good Job girls,.,..

  • @EileenBriana Thank you!

  • @all4tubekids good job i love them i can't live with out them

  • good Job girls,.,..

  • @all4tubekids Thanks for sharing. Looks like I found something to do with my kids besides letting them watch tv.

  • hey great video paysano ! looks fantastic !

Im from Sicilian background born in Montreal -

    Grazie

    ciao !

  • @sheppardtrooper Thank you! Have a great week!!

    Ciao

  • @all4tubekids

My meatballs were sub-par until I came across this video. The wet bread makes all the difference. I substitute the pork for mild Italian sausage and I cover the balls in breadcrumbs and lightly fry in olive oil before I drop them in my red sauce.

My girlfriend and I are grateful to you and your girls. We love these meatballs!

I am making meatballs right now and thought this would be the perfect time to thank you and yours.

    GRAZIE!!!

  • I love 2!

  • That explains that. I use sea salt, not too much, just enough to taste. Sea salt is supposed to be better than regular table salt health-wise. Btw, nice recipe , I must try it out... I really like that self heating pot you have there.. Thumbs up from Boston.

  • @Cytacon Of yes I have tried foods with a little sea salt. The sea salt has a stronger salty flavor so less can be used thus reducing the sodium intake. I often eat foods with ginger as an added spice since it reduces the desire to want salt added. I mostly add the Ginger to spicy chicken and hot peppers. All good for bringing down the blood pressure. Love experimenting with different kinds of foods.

  • Did you forget the salt?.

  • @Cytacon No, I can''t have salt, I have high blood pressure which I was able to control by eliminating table salt and eating more vegetables.

  • Awesome movie and awesome family :) 5 stars deserved!

  • Thank you!!

  • Looks great!!! needed a touch up for our wine and Italian Feast this Sunday. Thanks. You girls are the cutest chef's i ever saw. Dad you're awesome. "mangiare bene"

  • Its been a while since we had this!! Thanks for the nice comments!!

    Ciao!!

  • I love the way you involved kids they are just cute and you guys made it look fun. 5***** to you guys :-)

  • thank you!! its fun cooking together but can be messy!!

  • mmm, those meatballs look so good. Do you know how to make chicken parmasean as well?

  • Thanks!! Oh yes, I prefer that for health reasons!!!

  • Ciao this recipe is certainly wrong.

  • cant see how. This was passed on from my grandfather and is known as the best meatballs on this side of Brooklyn NY. The only thing I suggest is Fresh tomatoes as apposed to canned. I don't eat traditional meatballs anymore unless they are made from ground turkey or chicken since ground beef and pork has too much fat. It is ironic to say an Italian dish made by Italians would be wrong. If it were made by Asians then you would have a valid point. I am not Asian,

  • love your recipe.

    make me really hungry

by the way, what the name of the song in intro

  • Thank you! I feel the hunger pain now!! The song is an Italian song that was rendered with Pinnacle Studio 11

  • Hi,What a fantastic meatball recipe. I cant wait to try it at the weekend. Respect to you and your children.

  • thank you!

  • Great video and it looks like you and the kids had fun making it! It's great for kids to learn how to cook! :)

  • Thank you! Its fun especially on a rainy day!!

  • did you use a slow cooker?? how many quartz is it?

  • We normally use a large stainless steel pot on the stove but the crock pot made it easier to demonstrate without burning anyone.

  • Would love to see more and more Italian cooking vdo's from you and the family... I did try your receipe for Italian meatball..... delicious..!!!

Keep up the great vdo's :)

  • hahah.... love this family :)

  • Thank you! one of my favorite Italian meals!!

  • what a sweet vid with your kids!

  • Times like this will always be cherished and remembered! Thanks!

  • Awesome video...in my meatballs I add a teaspoon of dried crushed red pepper flakes and it adds just a little nip of spice that brings the flavor of the beef and pork out! Happy New Year!

  • Yes! I love things spicy!! Thanks and Happy 2010!

  • tried this recipie with my italian family and loved it. lately we have been using fresh tomatoes for our sauce and it adds so much flavor. i love the way this video was set up! and the finished product was as you said molto delisiozo!

  • Thank you! we love it best with the fresh tomatoes too! Have a great 2010!

  • but if i whant to mack somthing frish withaot tomato that and tomato this

    it's all in cans!!

i dont know if we hav this things in my contry :( but it's look good i whant it naw

  • its better fresh from the garden! wish you luck and have a great new year!!

  • @q6rmmm ok, dice two carrots, 1 and a half onions, half a bulb of garlic and two red peppers. Sweat them off in a pan with hot oil for 10-15 minutes stirring. once sweat off, add 2 cans of chopped tomatoes and blitz. Add some tomato paste and season, you're sauce is ready!

  • We love using fresh tomatoes!! They put too much salt in the canned tomatoes! Thanks for contributing! sound's good!!

  • So the baked form is not traditional even if the ingredients are the same?

  • Sometimes we sacrifice tradition for nutrition. If you prepare the meatballs by allowing the grease to drain from the meat you will have a healthier meal but less tasty since we all know fat adds flavor. I gotta watch the fats and cholesterol and keep the protein high.

  • badaboom eeeyyy!

  • Time to make some more and have a big family dinner.

  • Great video, kids are so cute and great chefs. Maybe next time you could put a little water in the cans (to get the good stuff off the sides) and put it in the sauce. Making this sunday, Thanks

  • I was using the Sony DCR-SR200 back then but now I mostly use the Canon HG-10

  • Why not all beef?? Pig and cattle infusion are just so unsafe now.. You got swine flu mad cow balls goin on there bud!!
