anyone else notice when this movie was about to go out in theaters, they showed a clip on disney channel where carl and russell are in the forest and russel makes animal noises and then a real lion thing animal growls? it wasn't in the movie.

I have some curious questions:

(1) Why do we like to imagine to live in a flying home similar to that in "UP!"?

(2) What is the reason behind that young children like flying so much?

(3) How does the way of flying prefered by girls different from that for boys? (eg. flying slower and smoothly)

(4) If Flight Simulator has Flying House to pilot, will this be attractive to girls and young children?

Clearly, the key was taking time to show Carl and Ellie meeting as kids and growing old together. It was so sweet and charming but it also made Carl's loss of his Ellie so touchingly sad. Moreso, later in a beautiful scene where Carl sadly goes through Ellie's book of adventures from their childhood only to find it now full of pics of them through the years together along with an inscription she placed before she died. When his eyes started to well up, mine did, too.

Ok, so I don't really like kids movies. But this movie was awesome!! It was funny lol!!! I enjoyed it 100%, I give it 10/10. I saw it the first day it came out, and I don't regret watching it. I like the grandpa, he's funny. So is the chubby kid. If you want to laugh, have a good time, then go watch this movie.
