@job4arandy: Stretch and downsize a lot... slowly... Like go up a a few millimeters a month and down size every few months by like a quarter inch for like a month. Then stretch back up (this builds the collagen back up in your ear). Also invest in some jojoba oil, emu oil, vitamin e oil, etc... Sea salt soaks help as well. Good luck man.
