HELLO? Forget about the "seals that don't seal"... these are CARDBOARD BOXES. What's to stop someone from flipping them over and just opening them from the bottom??? They're not even using "official" boxes, so if it is damaged while opening, they can just put it in a new one and transfer the "seal" over to it. And they are "cardboard", so there is no protection from water/moisture.

The thing this video shows most clearly is just how "unimportant" securing the vote is to our government.
