The boyfriend story *may* be true, but she says nothing of the sort in the video.

At the beginning, she is basically saying that whens he first heard the demo tape for this song, she thought it was amazing, and the day itself was amazing. She is saying also how the song tends to bring back memories hence the tears. She goes on to say that to be singing live there is just amazing. Some dude in the audience shouts that it's hot, and she ignores it and continues to say it's magical to be there.

My god, i am speechless, with her fighting to not tear up, and the audience's support, such raw emotion.. i think it even made the song better, I am just in love with this song, i heard it as the ending credtis from the 1st ever InuYasha episode i ever watched and once i heard it i felt so sad, i was going through such a hard time from the previous months, and once i heard this song i started crying.
