  • the Perfect Pushup although a great tool, it also can really hurt your joints, its an unnatural movement for humans, at first it seems to be the perfect tool, but essentially it really can mess up your elbow joints as it has mine, 70 thousand years of human evolution is what you should keep in mind ;)

  • Do 3-4 weeks of these shoulder exercises, 3 sets of 10,8,6. Military press, lateral raises and bent over lateral raises for the rear delt. I gurantee yo u will get bigger and stronger shoulders then using this product. Remeber diet is everything. Eat about 1gram of protein per bodyweight, discluding fat composition. Eat healthy carbs also vegetables, rice.

  • This is what I don't get with perfect push up. Is the rotating motion necessary for the work out? It seems like it could cause injury compared to a non rotating push up bar. I have the p90x push up bar, no gimics just a bar that's stable.

  • @sszhao11 reduce the stress on ur wrist and since the stress is off the wrist, it goes to the shoulder, so better workout. Also, from what i know , rotating motion could work the muscles more, but thats only in biceps. Anyways, its better for ur workout, but its not worth 25$ or something

  • obviously it works. Every workout works if u have the balls to perform them to failure and do them properly. Stop complaining about what works and what doesnt and instead go out and actually do the workouts on a regular basis then see if u get results.

    This is a good work out for anyone that wants to do it. The guy says if you can't do the reps that the model is doing then do as many as you can and get on your knees to knock them out. Just don't do as many as you can the wrong way. Do as many as possible with perfect form, then go to modified.

  • i suggest beginners not to take short cuts. yes these workouts are awesome i can see, but if you're lacking core strength, stay away from these. Learn how to push up right, learn how to bench right, learn how to control your workout forms, and most importantly, eat right. EAT RIGHT!. after you gain a stronger core and some mass (for my skinny friends out there), then only you consider exercises like perfect push up

    i duno this is true or not n i nid opinions on that, bcoz im 19 n only 5'7 n if body building does stunt my growth height then i might hv to postpone in building up my body bcoz i remain hopeful that i could may b at least grow by an inch ??=(

  • @stereosound321 That's Actually One Of The Most False Myths About Body Building. It's Not Going To Affect Your Growth. It's Only Recommended To People Over 21 Because That's When The Body Is Usually Fully Grown And Can Handle The Abuse Of Body Building.

  • I have the older version of the Perfect Pushups. They work great. Use them every other day to give your shoulders a break. Keep at it, you'll see a difference in one week.

  • @ holywar, YES within a week, results will come. As long as you stay dedicated to doing them. You'll be sore for the first couple of days but it feels good though.
