hey! i also have a pet hand-fet parrotlet. i bought her from a breeder. she doesn't seem to know how to land when she flies? :( i don't know why. i also want her to bathe but she doesn't seem to like it. any suggestions on how to encourage her?

Obviously you don't know much about birds. He's fluffed up because he's bathing. If anything, he was slightly underweight at this time because he was ill.

@yaminilump He's bathing. Birds puff up to get the water to hydrate their skin when they bathe. Just this video alone shows him being a little wet, and when birds are wet at all, they puff up a little.
