Theirs probably only one flaw in this theory,their are shockingly enough is a Jail system in Gotham,in the comics Batman did put Jason Todd(The Second Robin and current Red Hood) in a Jail because if he put Todd in Arkham he would be a instant target by their enemies and not safe their. However Jason did escape with ease in regular prison and had to be put in Arkham but short lived due to somebody helped Jason escape Arkham.....so even if Joker or hell Freeze got put in Jail they'd escape quick

This video is very well made. However, as a sociologist, I have some complaints..You're saying that - in a way - it Batmans fault that the villans are kept in the asylum, and that he has, because of that a particular psych disorder. I would not say that at all. Mental illness is subjected to social constraints; one may look like he is ill in the eyes of the others, while he really isn't. In the 20's and 70's, for instance, people had other definitions about when somebody is ill.
