is there a timer button.. meaning i can just do 3 minutes at a time.. like for ex i make chicken and rice together but rice takes an extra 5 minutes. can i open it back up and then program it to cook for another 5 minutes.. i want to buy this and i like the stainless interior

what function would i use to cook dry beans? what is the ratio of beans to water? is there a cook book that goes with this cooker?

@skybirdbird Use the Bone function which will cook for 35 min for beans. The amount of water is not fixed.
