Man, had no idea about the lightning mail. I was just spamming mist form to avoid his attacks. Easiest way was to go between his legs whenever he'd do the lightning-attack and whack him until he'd stop there, while fleeing to the other side of the room out of the homing orbs' range. Took forever, I thought for a good while that he'd be immune or something unless I hit a weak point. =p

So was this the hardest boss in the game?

I had the hardest time with this boss. I had the lightning mail but i didnt absorb the damage for some reason. I got lucky on about my 5th try though. I used the bat dash to hit his head and end up behind him on the platform; from there i just turned around and started slashing. He gets stunned after every hit so i just spent about 4 minutes chopping away at his health until i beat him

Shield Rod or the sword that does the same thing (Mablung, I think?) + the Alucard shield. Use the special, walk up and touch his leg - watch him die in ~20 seconds.

Skull Shield C3 special ftw. In my opinion, though, those looking for a challenge should try the X-X 99 luck code, without glitching to keep your gear. Your stats (except luck) are at the lowest they can possibly be. Bloody Zombies can kill you in two hits at the start. And the doppleganger boss is a b*tch, because it has your attack score but many more HP.

Fuck this boss!

I didn't have the setup and armor that this guy had, where he got healed by the lightning. I fought this thing with sub-par equipment and it took me like 20 minutes and probably as many tires. See all those 40 points of damage Alucard keeps racking up? Imagine having to do all that without being able to stand next to the boss and absorb the lightning!

Without whatever lightning armor this guy's using, this was the hardest battle in the whole game when I played.

tienes que conseguir la "crisagrim" es una espada y solo con esa sin escudo ni necesidad de nada... te la dan en la biblioteca en el castillo al reves unos fantasmitas pero tienes que estar buen rato matandolos para que te la den ... pero vale la pena pues ya que es la mas poderosa y rapida de todo el juego...Adios

Estoy decepcionado, porque Galamoth solo usó dos de sus ataques. A mí me gusta el ataque en el que junta sus manos, y realiza una sobrecarga de relámpagos. Después, él separa sus manos, y lanza la sobrecarga de relámpagos.

just beat the normal castle, im not sure if you need to gain access to the inverted castle or not, but once you start a new game file name it RICHTER and you will be able to play as him

well try fighting him without duplicator, lightning resistant, fucking shield rod and alucard shield, crissaegrim. if u play this game for the first time and without a walkthrough it can be challenging especially if u don't know where the impotant items were. but yeah it can be easy especially if u played it all over and over again.. its a good game but im just dissaponted with dracula in this game.

Same here, also it was the third boss (I think) I took down in the inverted castle, at like level 30'ish.. That was REALLY tough! Has to pull mist when he attacked, sneaked behind him, attacked a few times.. Repeat until dead. Took like 15 mins to kill

Alucard game is easy, so I don't like to equip walk armor, it's defense rate is sick, cause it increases along with the percentage rate. Instead I like to play with my defense rate at 00. It's quite simple, equipping masamune, any circlet, dark armor (immune to dark elemental), and any cloak (I like blood cloak, it refills the hearts and I use the cross subweapon - got it?). No rings of Varda, instead I equip itens wich bring luck - lapis lazuli and ring of arcana.

There's one million ways to defeat Galamoth with Alucard. The dumpeal can use lots of weapons and his powers are almost unlimited. A character with a lot of possibilities and many attack combinations. Once u got power of mist, walk armor, shield rod and a decent sword (like masamune or marsil - don't like the crissaegrim) beat this game is piece of cake.

smart people just get all the items and rape bosses. and if you really wanna be cheap use the alucard shield's shield rod special. Hold out your shield and get healed as the shield rapes everything it touches lol. Also you can pick up all of alucards equips in the reverse dungeon it's not a glitch

Bytha Circlet I think it's called. Near the Inverted Entrance there's that retarded puzzle you had to bat/wolf through in the normal mode. Do the puzzle again and you get in.

I actually managed to beat him without the circlet, it was hard though. I had alucard sword and walk armor... I would use the watch to slow time and mist when he used lightening, go between his legs, and then attack, then mist out when he stopped. I also found if you keep up close, slashing at his front leg, you can sometimes get him to stumble backwards, and forces him to j ust swing his mace at you rather than the orbs or lightening.

The second time I beat this dude I used to Alucard sword, the circlet that absorbs lightning, some shield rod buffs and the sword familiar. I was level 40 something hitting 23's. I went in with full health. I came out with full health, though it did take me like 10 minutes.

Also, my favourite sword in the game is the Masamune.

I have a few different favorite swords. Depends why I'm playing. If I am trying to speed through, I like using the crissaegrim. I took a few days and got my Gurthang sword up to 600 attack. Idk if you have it, but thats the one that gets stronger as you use it. I also like the sword of dawn cuz its second attack is fucking awsome. also the holy sword is awsome. Theres just way too many swords that are good for certain things lol

The Gurthang doesn't get stronger as you use it, it's power just doubles when bloodied. I think the sword you're thinking of is the muramasa (with the permanent Dark metamorphosis) which I got yesterday after killing about 100 scare crows.

My top 5 favourite swords would be

1. Marsil

2. Masamune

3. Muramasa

4. Alucard sword

5. Runesword/Heaven sword

The Easiest and Quickest way to beat this boss is equipping the Alucard Shield and the Shield Rod and activating the Shield Rods special effect (Press square and circle at the same time) then just hold out your shield and touch the boss with it, not only does it heal you it deals massive damage to the boss
