  • the backup battery to turn on and the backup battery light indicator will come on. I reccommend just disconnecting the power plug from the extendion outlet plug and the unit will reset and the light should turn off by itself.

  • Looks like you choose to have your OTN installed indoors rather than outdoor. That was a good choice as that green wire goes to a circuit board that runs on electricity. Outdoor elements like rain and snow tend to lead to a build up of mositure and circuit boards could be damaged by the introduction of water vapors. As for the lights on the outside battery backup casing, the only light that should be on is the Power indicator. Sometimes a power spike in the neighborhood powerline will cause
